Sups have surpasesed all. Without doubt the abomination of the sea. Made for fat dudes that cant surf or paddle. The only good thing is they never turn up at hi performance waves that have a bit if bite.

The old goat boat is extinct. I havnt even seen 1 for 10 years. Praise the lord..

The first day is a lot of testing inside but they usually come out and do some running and ball work.

I surf Rabbits a lot as it's my local. I've seen Connor out there quite a few times. If he brings Brad down I'm afraid he will be at the end of the que.

Body boarding is it's own beast however still requires skill, fitness and a strong mindset if you want to get amongst the worlds best breaks.

I stand up and have occasionally body boarded and often hear criticism of it amongst pretend surfers who want to big note themselves plus some surfers who also need an ego boost.

I've had mates who have taken off on waves at The Box down south and over seas at Re Union Island and Indo that majority of surfers wouldn't be mentally and physically capable. Yet they criticise what they can't do themselves.
