Must have hurt your back sitting like that.

Ha ha. Gave it a brief go many years ago, when I also surfed - was ordinary at both TBH, but at least when the waves were dead, I could go for a paddle and still have fun. Wasn't my GBoat so didn't last long, but enjoyed it while it lasted.

And yes, don't remember it being the most comfortable thing I ever tried.

Knee boards are another thing that became extinct. They actually looked fun.

Darcy looks a little lighter than last season but I could be wrong. He looks unhindered with his running. Fingers crossed he'll deliver this season.

It's actually both. The senior players have better mental discipline so they be given more time to look after themselves.

What Tayl0r said, plus the AFLPA made it that way. So it’s the same for all clubs, not just a Freo thing.
