Still, they had their chance with Mahomes sidelined but they just couldn't grab it. The better team won.

But for the first time ever, we have a QB and a coach - coach of the year at that. Just have to rebuild the D this offseason.

I do wonder if that final play was only ever going to be run if Cleveland didn't line up correctly defensively.

They were prob just out of range but still use your downs & grab whatever yardage to get the FG. He made up for it though in the end.

Is the deferring from the BB playbook, where NE would often score before HT then also get the ball at the start of the second half?

I would think most teams would benefit from taking the ball and trying to establish a lead. Especially a run-heavy team like Cleveland who could chew up the clock in doing so.

Great season from the Browns, their fans should be very proud of the teams progression.

I think that play offs experience and a little more composure by players and coach, was the difference in the end and that got KC over the line.

Must say the Bills V KC game is something I am looking forward to watching.

Again congrats to the Browns, as they were impressive this season and their fans have a bright future ahead with this list.
