Puppies get too much love around here...Here's a cute pussy.
Interested to see how Petracca goes this season.
Improved out of sight, but also greatly benefited from shorter quarters, will he be running out full games this season?
Remember seeing Freako tweet about him during the first half of the year averaging something like 70+ points in the first half then dropping off significantly for the remainder of the game, not sure if he sorted it out by the end of the season.
Does anyone have or know where to find quarter by quarter scoring break downs? I know you can get DT scores on the AFL app, might have to have a squiz at that and just use the other formats scoring.
I think he would be a tad riskier then piggy Oliver only had 1 good season in shorter quarters plus his burst player we need info from the coaches lmfaoInterested to see how Petracca goes this season.

I thought had really high time on ground last year which is a decent sign even with shortened quarters.Interested to see how Petracca goes this season.

And Libba.Sounds like Smith, Treloar and Dunkley have been the standouts at dogs training.

It's a concern. I was pretty keen on Petracca, but you have me wondering now.Interested to see how Petracca goes this season.

How many other mids were playing 90% on ground last year? I’d guess not many but could be wrong. Are they all a concern as well? I see it more as a % in relation to the whole team as all 22 need to play their fair share.TOG went from 88% to 89.9%, with shortened quarters that's less game time.
Tracc is leaner and stronger than same time last year (very hard to do), word is that he's been dominating training and doing whatever he pleases in match sim. I'm backing him in to have a Dusty 2017 like season.Interested to see how Petracca goes this season.

Yeh, but he went from playing predominantly forward in 2019 to mostly midfield last year.
Also true, how do you reckon he'll go this year Birchy?
That's a very good point. Petracca's 90 per cent TOG is a high figure and he was actually going at more like 95 per cent over the final rounds. I've always believed Oliver was the Melbourne mid most helped by the shorter quarters and scaling and the fact he was consistently in the 80-85 per cent TOG range backs that up.How many other mids were playing 90% on ground last year? From what I can tell only Gaff and Neale had more TOG of the mids. Plus he’s genuinely dangerous resting forward. Very durable. I might be talking myself into picking him at this rate.
Why do you think Oliver was positively impacted by scaling in relation to short quarters? That's a very good point. It's really just a gut feel. I'm keen on stats and figures, but sometimes your gut tells you more. Of course it could just be indigestionWhy do you think Oliver was positively impacted by scaling in relation to short quarters?
Tracca has been in my side for two weeks .....can't see him leaving my side, the penny dropped last year & his upside is still massiveThat's a very good point.
