really wondering if these new rules are seeing the demise of “premium” rucks and their relevance in SC..

Having nearly $1.4 m tied up in R1/R2 for a combined score of around 150 is making me feel

BigO (109) and spud Hickey (123) proved that even the very bottom tier of rucks can still score well. Teams will tucker themselves out within a few weeks playing this AFLX style and find new ways to create more stoppages.

No one to blame but myself (& work on Saturday) for **** arsing around shuffling rookies at last minute & missing start of Crows Cats game 🙁

End result;
Gulden & Rowe to bench no (e)
Bruhn & Brockman on field 😩

Doh!

Brockman on the field.

Gulden & Rowe on the pine.

Dangerfield captain for 180 points & about to have 2 weeks off.

1.4 mill tied up in two troglodytic football averse zombie shit truck rucks.

****

This

Shit

Ok so yesterday I had the E on Rowe and Brockman F6 so I traded out Gulden to Ely Smith and swung him With Brockman to get Rowes score. Luckily had Brockman on the bench so no big deal but now I have to use a trade to get Gulden in again. I am actually thinking of trading Campbell to Gulden and keeping Smith as he was an emergency yesterday and after how they played last night he might get a game next week.

Rookie on field selection my only issue. ******* shits me the pure luck aspect.

Yep - fair bit of this is pure salt but if you elected to choose a debutant playing small forward in wet (at least humid/slippery) conditions, playing for a bottom 4 team last year v a prelim team at the prelim teams home deck - can't pretend that was a genius decision prior, well done if you thought he might just outscore Campbell or Berry on his way to a 70 but it's luck that Gulden dominated his way to 139.

No doubt that will happen!

But by then, both Gawn & Grundy will be available at heavily discounted prices - very handy upgrades for anyone who was ballsey enough not to start with either/both of them!

Sydney played in Brissie. Showers were forecast up there but nothing compared to what we are copping at the moment. I was referring more to the GWS game in Sydney this arvo.
