I'd recommend just getting Grundy for Draper to be done with that spot for the year.
Then just get the best BE you can from Caldwell (Brockman maybe?). Otherwise could take a total punt on Perkins first gamer.

Campbell + 160k vs Tex is an interesting one. Similar BE's, Tex has an easy run for the next 5 but Campbell has Richmond this week who just gave up 135 to Hardwick.

On Campbell atm but that's probably just down to how badly backing in mid-pricers went last week...

After the Stephenson/Sholl debacle last week I'm steering clear of both I think. I've done my token 2x chasing of points haha.. I can't possibly add more haha.

Both Campbell and Tex aren't exactly cheap. One ~ 50 and suddenly they're just a waste of space in your squad. The green dollars will dry up really quickly.

Ouch that stings. Can't be too miffed though because Rowe will be fine. And Brockman was genuinely 1 game away from getting dropped (still probably is haha).

Not that it'll make you feel any better but Webster is not a massive loss to sit on the pine for a week. Highmore was outscoring him anyway. Ditto Kosi. So just field one of those to plug Webster for a week and deal with him next week.

You could potentially even use Webster as a loophole move.

Mucked around last week and brought in Stepho and Williams when I really should have been bringing in an uber premo.

With the spare cash I have this week I'm not mucking around. Stepho and Caldwell are out for Brayshaw and Dunkley.

Yeah I'd suggest Draper to Meek then and get Flynn on ground. Ride that wave as long as it lasts then get Flynn up to Grundy if/when the time is right.

Yeh he could be. But in two games he's looked totally lost, then totally superb.

In losses I think he'll have potential to be sub 50's.

Better off with a Lazzaro type and pocketing $100k I reckon.

Almost like it took him a game to get used to it.

Not trying to be harsh on him but at the end of the day he is a rookie. Can't suddenly expect him to go at 80+ averages after 2 games.

He might go at 60-70 average. But I think $310K too much to spend on a rook. If it were round 1 there's no way anyone pays that for him in their starting squad.

Not sure about crazy... I'm waiting to see if Shuey is named before moving out Gaff. Shuey in will probably create more scoring for Gaff.

If I have to trade, Gaff becomes Brayshaw at the same price, which is kind of an ironic change. Brayshaw's next few games look like great scoring opportunities, but without trading a premo, I can't see how I can get him in.

Current thoughts are that I move Flynn in (Meek utility to Emergency) then Draper to Campbell. Means I can move Caldwell up to anyone under 718k. Was hoping I would be able to bring in Brayshaw but I'm short. Still have options in blokes like Bowes/Hardwick etc via Laird DPP.
