Welcome to the team Gawn, don't let the door hit you on the way out JDG! If De Goey hits the ton tonight I won't even be annoyed(maybe a little), he has to go at some point and Gawn has to come in at some point.

So I'm pretty sure one trade this week for me is locked in, which is Meek to Lachie Jones. Happy with that.

Question is what to do with the other. De Goey, Anthony Scott and Brockman probably the ones on the chopping block. Brockman with a 19 B/E compared to Scott 25 but not sure whether he definitely holds his spot yet.

De Goey to F.Macrae tonight leaves me with $335k in the bank to make other trades. With Webster out next week, that's some nice coin to have to facilitate an easy upgrade/downgrade trading strategy next week. BUT, if De Goey responds and pumps out a tonne tonight, I'm going to feel like shit.

Honestly I feel like my trades should be -

Scott -> Macrae
Meek -> Jones

But really considering -

De Goey -> Macrae & Meek -> Jones

I had every permutation covered but I didn't ever consider Flynn not back in, Fantasia to make it and Drew dropped lol.

My trades have to be DeGoey + Drew -> Jones + Gawn by swinging Fantasia forward and Berry comes on the field... yuck.


Who to field out of Berry or Rowe? Has to be Berry surely but Rowe could pick up a few goals?

Another factor for the Scott trade out is that I'm pretty sure he goes next week with Daniel back and Crozier in the team this week.

Parks out hurts because he probably won't be back for a while and I already have Highmore... and the Saints play Sunday next week. Rookie switches are on the cards next week which just feel like a waste of trades.

This is going to be one loooooong season at this rate.

It's tough but I'd almost wait on Sweet to see if Worrall is named who surely has better JS (albeit not great). Then again you could be up shit creek if he's not as I imagine there's not many other playing in that price range.

Same here. Hopefully he's medsub, and he gets back in next week or the week after. Not willing to trade him, given how close he is and the fantasy pedigree he has...can sit there for at least 2 rounds after this one, before I pull that trigger...
