Super tempted by Daicos with the round 14 Bye.

Gulden > Hall

and one of

Kosi > Daniel
Rowe > Daicos
Jiath > Jelly

Really trying to avoid speculative mid pricers this season, but with a soft fixture and a BE of 38, Hall is just too good to pass up.

The real question is Byrnes v. Collier-Dawkins.

Byrnes looked good playing as a high half-forward, working up and down the ground. His job security looks okay too: Saints don't have a lot of depth in the midfield, and aside from Mackenzie (who was suspended for a game and will be up for selection this week, but is a fringe player) there's no one obvious pushing for a spot. He won't score a 75 every week like he did against an uncompetitive Hawthorne, but he should be a relatively safe 50 from here on out.

I didn't see the Richmond game, but Collier-Dawkins' stats look okay - double the number of handballs to kicks, but five tackles to round out a solid 63. With Lambert, Cotchin and Prestia out for another three to four weeks, you'd think he'd get a nice block of games before they rest him. Can any Richmond fans shed some light on his job prospects?

Honestly, it's a great week for a double downgrade if you're willing to bet against Hall.

On Collier-Dawkins, Dimma loves him. Talks him up often when talking about our younger players. He looked good the other night, matched it with a great midfield. he has 15 CBA’s, most of any Richmond midfielder on the night. Prestia out for 3-4 weeks, Lambert about the same and Cotchin looks like a few weeks minimum, I think he gets at least 3-4 weeks in the side

Any chance Martyn gets another go at it ?
Got him rusting away at M8. Looked way of it in his debut, can't do any worse than that ?

Whose JS is better? Byrnes or RCD?
RCD for now you'd think.
Richmond with midfield injuries and no standouts this week in the VFL. Has Geelong this week (in Geelong?) which might be tough so I'll try and E loop h if he scores well as it's a Friday night game.

Byrnes played well but St Kilda has a stacked midfield.
Reserves had Dunstan with 35D and 3 goals,
(and for all of us Highmore owners, he had 30 disposals and 14 marks so if not a chance after that, when?)

It’s our home game so will be at the G

Good call re: Dunstan, forgot about him! Still, it took him until round 6 to crack into the team and was dropped for Byrnes the very next game, so I feel like it's Byrnes' spot to lose now.

Dunkley to Hall
Gulden to Mills

120K-ish left over for next week. Looking at either Byrnes or RCD in - plus upgrading Orazio to someone who actually turns up.

Pushes Farrar and Macrae to bench. Potentially gives me cover on every line, depending on injuries.

Really struggled today, almost didn't look himself at times.
Will be a good pick in 2-3 weeks.
Always seems the way after concussion. Even with the 12 day off thing. It's still basically missing the 1 game.
Not sure how bad his was (but went off very early never to return)

I think he also had to play tighter to his man because of Carlton's tall forward line
