As hard and unlucky as that is for McStay it’s a great opportunity for Tom Fullarton to get some valuable game time in.
It will also allow Daniher more time in the forward line and not have to second ruck.

I think that Fish might have meant a Medial Collateral Ligament (MCL) not a Medial Cruciate Ligament?

Injured, not available at the moment.
Great to see Madden get a run too, I have high hopes for him displacing Birchall this year. Ballenden and Sharp are surprising selections but I suppose they need to have experience in them if they're going to be called upon at some point of the season.

I believe all teams are doing this. They are playing 4 players in the first half and then replacing them with 4 players off the bench for the second half.

He didn’t play well last week,Matho and him were obvious outs this week IMO.
Looks like A Smith is done. They are only considering Fullerton vs Ballenden for third tall/back up ruck position to cover for McStays injury. Interesting about H Sharp compared to D Robertson and E Smith. Dev ended up playing round 1 after playing the practice match. It appears its Adams vs Payne with Payne in pole position for Gardeners spot. Cockatoo still injured or not good enough?

Yeah it's a bit of a shame one of those two couldn't crack the side. I think Rayner and Bailey adding significant midfield time hasn't helped their chances.

Absolutely horrible for mcstay! Really excited to see what he can do this year! It does also excite me to see Fullerton get more games though! Would also mean Joey can be eased into it and won’t need to play ruck minutes!
