Looks like my notifications are broken 😬

Please let me know if something breaks or seems to be wrong, as always :)

Why does RFC have P38? DIdn't knot we had that
You got it from North last year
Wasn't that Dogs pick? Dogs traded for norfs future 3rd in a pick swap last year didn't they?

Even the AFL site has it. NAB AFL Draft - AFL.com.au
Yeah they swapped future third rounders (which are this year's picks) and then North on-traded the Dogs' original one to Collingwood on Day 1 of the draft last year:
  • North Melbourne trade picks 42, 47 and a future 3rd (NM) to the Western Bulldogs in exchange for picks 32, 52 and a future 3rd (WB).
  • North Melbourne trade picks 48 and future 3rd (WB) to Collingwood in exchange for pick 36.
I don't know what happened, there are two random picks that have moved inexplicably between the screenshot I took on Monday and the one I took today (pick 38 is one, the other was a fourth rounder). I've no idea how adding the Karl Amon compensation pick has somehow rearranged two random things without ****ing anything else up, but yeah.

Anyway I reverted the changes back to what it was after the Grand Final and then added the Amon pick back in so it should be right now.

Tom Berry, 46 + F2 (Bris) traded to Gold Coast for 25, 36 & 56
Bit of ambiguity about whose F2 pick Brisbane traded to Gold Coast. The AFL website seems to think it's GWS' but that tweet suggests it's Brisbane's?

It’s Brisbane’s. AFL House is the official source, it tweets whatever is in the paperwork that’s been approved.

It’s also at the bottom of this updated draft order on the AFL website, if you want a secondary source (though the website is known for errors, it seems to have this one exactly as it says on the tin):

Gold Coast's list manager confirmed to their website here that it was GWS' F2 and not Brisbane's, so somehow AFL House and the draft order on the AFL website were both incorect.

Yeah, see my posts in the Future Pick Tracker (2023 Draft). Brisbane and GWS both seem to think it was GWS's pick as well. AFL House and their draft order are saying it's Brisbane's. And Riley Beveridge's section in yesterday's Trading Insider article says it is Collingwood's.

Having the same conversation across two threads means half the discussion is missing. Since it concerns the future pick anyway, it's probably best that the conversation is had there so that it can be tracked back more easily later if more information comes out and says something else different.

Bruhn (GWS) to Geelong for pick 18
