My best starting lineup ranking is 14th, that makes sense as to where I thought id be.

Thats more an accurate representation of where your team is at for this season 00Stinger , youre 5th
Yeah ok, I thought my squad was a lot better than 14th lol

Every night at 7pm, 24/7 from end of draft till end of NFL season (around NFL super bowl start).
So how come I bid fro two players 2 days ago and I have seen no waivers go through?

maybe coz they were recently dropped from other teams? There is a waiting period of a few days im pretty sure on those players from memory.

Can you elaborate?
When someone has a waiver claim put in, and it fails, it shows on "previously processed waivers", a record of them trying to claim someone but someone else got them first that same night.
If it's not that reason....then you did something wrong in the waiver claim process??

yeah I wanted Juan Jennings & Desmond King but neither came through

A refresher for the newer guys in the league trying to claim multiple players:

Put round one in your order of preference, copy to round 2, delete player at the top of the copied round , repeat process until you have a seperate round for each player. That way you'll claim all 5 players you want if no one else does.

If you only want to claim one player for your roster but you have multiple options you'd be happy with , just claim them all in round one in order of preference

But desmond king did not BECAUSE you have to put the 2nd player you want in GROUP 2, not put them all in group 1 only.

Waivers works in groups. Add all the players you want in group 1. There's a drop down menu showing "round 1" where you click save. Say you want five players. Add them all to round 1. Then at the top re-order your list, moving them up and down, in the priority you want.

Then click the "copy to round 2", which copies the entire five to round 2. Keep clicking copy to round 3,4,5. Because you have five players.

It looks ugly, but that's the best way. Now, you have a chance to get all five players.

If you want more than 1 player, NEVER put them all in Round 1 only. You will only get 1 player from a round.

Yea, I explained that to Stinger when he started, probably forgot. Sent him screenshots of how to make waivers claims with multiple players and everything

Yep, I'm sure I was missing something

I'm an accountant by trade my man. Can do numbers and spreadsheets until the cows come home but theory (ie reading) and I am lost and forgetful as ****

the other way to use the group method is....

you want a QB top priority say. So in group 1 add the qb you want, and in case you dont get him, other qbs you would be ok getting.
then in group 2, you want a rb next priority, same thing, the rb you want listed first in group 2, and any others you might be ok with.
then in group 3, you want a de next priority, ditto.

You will always only get 1 player from each group same as before, but in this way of using it, you're like prioritizing players by position, and wont get more than one QB, more than one RB, etc.

This method can be best used during the season, when we are all hard up against the 36 active roster and position limits.

Eg, your team of 36 just hit with injuries, and you need to find replacements for them. You have just put a RB, a WR, a DT and a CB on IR. So you have four spots now open on your active roster (32). But you only want to claim one player from each of those positions.

So in group 1, you'd put say only RBs in that list, say 6 of them.
Group 2, you put only WRs in that list, say 3 of them.
Group 3, you put only DTs in that list, say 4 of them.
Group 4, you put only CBs in that list, say 13 of them.

Using it THIS way, in-season, is ideal, as you only want 1 rb, wr, dt, cb.
If you tried to use it the other way, you'd have 26 players listed in group 1, copied to group 2, 3, 4. But how are you gonna order that list? If you order it poorly you could get 4 RBs and none of the other players.

This second method, you're guaranteeing yourself you'll get the ONE rb you want in group 1, the ONE wr you want from group 2, etc.

Jauan Jennings is on your roster 00Stinger
Sorry mate, I hadnt checked the roosters

I normally get an email of a night time with waivers . However I hadn't had one the last few nights

But desmond king did not BECAUSE you have to put the 2nd player you want in GROUP 2, not put them all in group 1 only.

My mistake.

I put him in group 2 as I though that was the way we ordered waivers

ie Group 1 more wanted player ext

Using my phone for these things probably doesn't help

cheers GG
