Also, remembered TGBB wanted to float the idea of teams changing divisions (and/or conferences) on a yearly rotation like in Alpha.

question re: remove ability to start bye week players.

1) How does this work? who determines which player fills in on a persons bench when they start a player on their bye week?
2) What if a person has no replacements for a position on their bench ? Lots of people dont want to add kickers or punters just for one week if cap is tight, can we exclude kickers and punters from this ?

I would first enforce the option to NOT carry over previous weeks lineup submission. So when a new week begins everyone would have an empty lineup. They would have to be active each week and select a new lineup each week. So, with no bye players allowed also enforced, none would carry over from previous week when they werent on a bye. People can carry an extra punter and kicker if they like, or they can use waivers that week to grab someone for the week....doesnt have to be just that P/K, can be any poaition if theyre decimated that week. It's harder on us all this way, but its geared toward league integrity issue.

If no lineups are chosen by someone that week, there is another option i can enforce where fantasysharks selects a lineup for people, but i think you have to have a paid acct for that service, so it would fall on me as commish to manually select a lineup for any absentee people every Thursday night. Which i wish i didnt have to do, but i can do it for league integrity....just people cant complain if i choose a side for them, they had all week to choose one.

Sounds good. As commish you can still see fantasy sharks projections for each player. Perhaps just set someone's team off highest projections.

Can I just ask 1) why is this being offered and 2) why some have already voted for it?

The is the worst random luck you could ask for. Where a whole season could be wiped simply because you happen to play someone in your worst bye week of the season. H2H should only be used within your own division not against teams you play once

Id be fine with all play, but people have been getting into playoffs for years on the back of division record. Conference record keeps some of that luck involved while somewhat mitigating the advantage of people being lucky enough to play in a weak division. I think conference record is happy medium.

I’ve got no problem at all with Div or conference as it’s over a number of games.

Yea thats why I voted for conference as #1 tiebreaker for the #3 and #4 seeds. Division record is still the #1 tiebreaker for the division title.

I find the "win probability" calculations to be pretty accurate, and you're at 99% compared to my 1%. I'm not watching the game, but I would not be surprised if Shanahan has taken out his starters from the game against Tampa Bay, which means I won't score any more points from McCaffrey or Samuel. I only have Deandre Hopkins and two IDPs to come, so I won't have enough to make up the difference, unless Hopkins goes off and Callahan and/or Adderley get a pick six or two against Kyler.
