When roster deadline is due, teams to get down to 36 active total. Max 3 active qb (4 total including taxi), max 13 rwt, 2 pk and pu, 6 each of the idp groups.....and starting team = 1 Qb, 5 rwt, 1 pk, 1 pu, 1 dt, 1 de, 2 LB, 1 cb, 1 s, 1 def flex
