Anyone know the likelihood of Darcy playing next week? I had hoped to have him in my team, but then when not selected went Darcy > big O and Curnow > Weller.

With the super stud Hayes as Emergency going well I am now thinking if Darcy is likely next week I could go Big O > Darcy & Weller > Brodie.

Thoughts?
Are Calf's normally a 1 week injury?

I'm not brave enough to get on Sean Darcy's wild ride again

Last year he was a fwd aswell so I had him but he constantly would sit out final quarters and be 50/50 for the next game

You always have to have a r3 if you take him because he may miss a game randomly

Great player, great scorer but his body is so injury prone

Last year having meek as a 170k allowed the perfect r3 replacement for Darcy but this year you cant have meek sitting on your bench

Some rumours that Walsh will be back this week - which would be a big in for Carlton.
He'll be hopeless with Syndesmosis ......just think how bad Butters was coming back ....b his own admission, lost speed off the mark

Walsh, likely to play 1st half of the season, as an outside only player

All these COVID misses makes me think that going with high ownership players is the way to go. It's almost a guarantee that at least one time this season one of your PODs will miss a game from COVID and you'll have to either take the zero or waste a trade. Going with a vanilla team seems like the best in the long run.

Great news for Grundy owners M.Cox (injured) and Cameron listed as a replacement should be free to ruck Solo

T.Barrass (HS Protocol), J.Redden (HS Protocol), Z.Langdon (HS Protocol), J.Kennedy (HS Protocol), I.Winder (HS Protocol)
