Trades 2022 Fantasy - Round 7 Trades

Well looks like my midfield upgrade has to wait

with Xerri out

going J.Hayes to Clarke (whoever plays as a rookie for 190k)
Xerri to JDG

Made my trades kinda simple now, not much else i could do, as i dont want to be fielding another rookie, and there arent many fwd rookies now that you want on field

Now.... previously had Grundy and J Hayes out. Can't hold Xerri for four weeks, and he's worth 115K more than Hayes, so does that extra coin get me better than my current plan of Oliver and Clark...

I have S Hayes to cover R2, with hopefully Dixon back soon as an emergency Ruck. I could bring in another ruck, but with the cash available, would be only getting someone like T De Koning or Draper.

The other option is to go Preuss at R2, and a lesser premo. Crisp would fit in my budget, and he's pretty much a keeper. With what's happening in the ruck, Preuss could also end up as a keeper, so I'm leaning toward that option, and will have a look at Clark and possibly grab him next week (until further carnage hits).

O'Driscoll > Clark
Xerri > De Goey

I get a 2 rookies of the field for 1 keeper and 1 rookie. Long term it saves me a trade. But I'm losing O'Driscoll's cash generation.

W. Kelly > Clark
Xerri > Rozee

I get rid of a red dot and maintain some cash generation. Hopefully Rozee can match De Goey. But if Rozee is a bust, I'll need an additional trade to get a keeper.

Probably go for option 2 because De Goey has hurt me in the past.

Any concerns for the knock on effect from Grundy and keruger down?

Cameron and cox have mainly been thst forward rotation but now will need to shoulder the ruckload.

Does that mean DeGoey spends more time forward?
