Well, there goes the plans for improving my side at any point in the next 6 months....

Jackson to Rozee
Xerri to Coleman

242k banked for next week.

Answerth survives to fight another day, no new rookies brought in - so no cash generation this week.

Duddin, Windhager and SDK are the three (E)'s this week.... Inspiring isn't it....

Ok, so original trades were Grundy and Hayes to Rozee and De Goey playing Sam Hayes on field at R2.

Have kept that theme but have had to completely shift the trades with De Goey sick. No other forwards I like at that price and had Nic Martin in the mids so instead of getting Rozee i'm now getting Coleman and Clayton Oliver. Nic Martin moves back to F5 with Coleman F6.

However, with the Hewett news I've now had to swing SDK forward, Kiddy back and play Kiddy over Hewett. Then that moves Durdin on field in the forward line (effectively for Hewett) which was the hole reaosn that I traded to Hayes (now Kiddy) over Preuss originally because I didn't want to have to play Durdin.

That being said.. Durdin could get a couple of snags against North, so i'd definitely rather play him than SDK. Even with Freo's penchant for bombing long.

Thankfully, I can loop SDK if he goes big tho.

What a whirlwind.

Looking at a
Grundy and Xerri > Preuss and Clark trade and banking 744k for next week.
Is this as idiotic as it feels?!
Don't think I lose a huge amount of points by doing this
Means next week could be
JHF and Rachele > 2 of Wines/Touk/Mills/900k mid

Why not just grab Mills this week and then Clark next week with one of the other 2?

Mills has a BE in the 70's so will likely go up as much if not more than Clark plus you get his points.

Taking the punt that if they can get Cripps back in a week after ripping his hammy off the bone they can get Hewett back next week :D

I swear this is a Voss tactic. Resting blokes and saying they’re injured. First Cripps, then Kennedy and now Hewett. They’ve only got North this week but it’s dangerous to play that game.

Crazy voss

“Most people would think yes on that," Voss said.

“The experience that you go into next time is completely different. In a lot of ways, my first go at it was making stuff up as you go, which was a pretty hard way to learn.

I think you're right - have been playing with that idea a fair bit and think I'm just being a bit of a hero trying to stash cash haha. Thank you sir!

The other idea would have some merit if you wanted Touk and Wines and funds were going to be tight next week as they’ll drop you’d imagine.

Mills is a great get though wish I could do him but I already have Touk, Smith, Macrae with same bye.

A) Get Touk & Roll with SDK on field
B) Get in Short/Houston cover Hewett with JHF (no cash for upgrade next week)
C) Get in Vlastuin cover Hewett with JHF allowing for a mid upgrade next week (Touk if BE's play nicely)
