Filthy. Did the double-downgrade last week, had plans to get Rowell and Chapman up to some big dogs this week.
Absolute carnage ensues.

Wanted JDG, can't bring him in based on what we're hearing.

So now it's;
Grundy > Short
Xerri > Rozee.

Absolutely 'bleh'.

Rowell survives yet again, JHF, Hobbs, McComb(?!) on field, and Chapman, J.Hayes and Ward stuck on my bench.

It was all so under control how did this happen?!

I want to get Gawn in ASAP. Preuss R1 and S.Hayes R2 is too much risk given the carnage week to week.
You still can though.

Grundy is gone for good. Hayes is gone for good. Both need to go.

But just deal with 1 trade in isolation.

One gets you 400k more than the other. So make that move and deal with the next decision as it comes.

Eg you may have a scenario next week you cop injuries to 2x players around 400-600k.

The extra 400k let's you upgrade both. And ignore Hayes for one more week.

Alternatively if you get through unscathed you can trade to get gawn for anyone with the money you've got banked.

I am praying with the cash i have i after jettison
Hayes/Rachelle

I can some how turn Durdin and McCartin plus 300k into a premo

Maybe Gould for McCartin and Durdin for Premo maybe

Good ideas from all, will ditch Grundy and Hayes. One of the in's needs to be Coleman so I am not carrying SDK in defence.

So then its a matter of getting Cripps +45k, which increases the risk I am taking in the rucks and likely means running S.Hayes at R2 for a few more weeks.
Or Rozee + 300k which makes getting Gawn next week a lot more dooable with a downgrade + Xerri upgrade.

Sicily + cash for a M or D upgrade next week
vs
Docherty

I can't split it. I thought I'd missed the boat on Sic, but his breakeven is still decent (of course if I get him he won't make it but that's just how it goes). Doch looks to be a must-have again, and probably will hover at his current price.

Edit: Maybe I should just skip Sic and get Coleman next week instead.

I'm running hayes R2 out of necessity this week.
But if Dixon comes back next week I might even hold onto Hayes and keep looping Hayes/Dixon at R2 until I can make a permanent fix (ie English).

Very tempted to chuck the VC on Short tonight having Max as the fallback for anything under 120.

Had his highest score of the season last year against the Eagles at Optus. They let him do whatever he wanted, nobody went in the same postcode as him all game.

Short is named in the midfield though, normally I don't read too much into team lists but he did finish the game there last week.

Which of the green dot 190k lads would you go? Close your eyes and pick? Or is there a logic based answer. The west coast kid may have more js?
