So many forward options this year.
Most are new to the forward line.
Im taking 2 premos and I will upgrade to whoever does well over the first few rounds.
Its wide open as to who will be top 6.

More options down back IMO.

Gull.
Stewart.
Helmet.
Rids.
Dawson.

Then,
Hall.
Dale.

Etc.

Yep. More sure things down back.
F6 wont average anywhere near what D6 will.
Someone like Jed Anderson could randomly go back to a 100 average up front.
I need more than 2 NAB games.
I would prefer to have a few rounds more viewing of the forwards. So I can make an educated pick.

I think Dunkley is probably No1 he has the highest ceiling and priced at about $550k is a steal. After that you could throw a blanket over a dozen players all very similar. My forward line will probably be something like Dunkley,Tarryn Thomas,Jackson,Rioli then a couple of rookies on ground.

Dunkley, Tarryn, Coleman, Phillips, Hollands, rookie, rookie rookie.
And spend my $ elsewhere.
I like the 200k-300k window in forwards. If you snag a 75-80 average you are really not far behind a legit forward premo.

Anyone know how much Hollands might be?

I would be happy if I could start with a team like this come Round 1.

So is JHF apparently. Finn will be cheaper and playing more midfield you'd think.

My main concern is whether Daicos Jr and Macrae Jr is too much Collingwood? Given they are likely to be a bit crap again this season probably don't want to many of them.

Wont be an issue, they’ll continue to blood young players just like last year (Poulter, Bianco, Henry etc) and will probably unearth a bunch of other guys we aren’t even discussing at this point.

Load up IMO.

I like everything but the rucks.

I like everything but the rucks.

Both Marshall and McInerney finished the last 5 rounds 120+ average you have to take a risk somewhere at the start of the year

I'd swap Coleman for a fwd rookie (Motlop?) and convert Jackson to a premo.

Pretty sure Phillips (Haw) is now MID only....

I'm pretty biased this time of year.
I traditionally start with about 10 North players and whittle it down to 1 or 2 once the season starts.
I think the Vic kids from last years draft will improve this year after 12 months in the system.
The 2021 Vic kids will struggle this year IMO.

Thomas should be up forward, you're going to need all the mid rookies you can get. Doubt Jackson is worth it this year. EDIT: sorry saw your later post, nm.

Do you see Rioli having the upside to start? At that price he basically needs to be a keeper and average 90+

But I do it every year.
It was LDU last year.

LOL, fair enough.

Phillips will be $250k odd. Is he going to make the $150k required to be a good choice? So average 80+ I don't see it, reckon he gets lost among North's many young mid's. Can see JHF going past him quickly.

I think anyone over $350k you are hoping they become a keeper but below that they are a stepping stone. Rioli has an average of 61 but when he went back his last 6 rounds went at 85 and No Houli next year as well he could go at 90 playing the same role. Also having Fwd/Def status is a big plus.
