Our fan base is five times bigger then yours and you can't even get more then 20,000 members go support the titans

Only 5 times bigger?
Your GWS Carlton mob been around since 1864

so if you crunch the numbers
Suns establish 2009
GWS Carlton 1864
X amount of members Times X amount of years..

Suns would be miles ahead

Yeah thats fine but still needs to pay it off. No guarantees in football so he must know his next contract numbers, to be approved for a $1.4mil property
He's got another 10 years on at least $600k a season plus whatever other income he can get through sponsorship etc. 1.4mil isn't that much really.

Of course it could go wrong for him, but more likely he becomes a star player.

He could have a new contract at the Suns agreed?

People buy properties all the time. Lets not think too much into it. Maybe its an investment or someone to stay in the off season. He may not always want to live with his parents when visiting. it doesn't always imply leaving.

anyone knows if he owns or rents his GC pad,
Would of preferred he opened his chequebook in the state he plans to play football in for the next 10 years then somewhere for him
To stay for 2-3months a year

Not sure.
Lives with King and.. ballard?

Na more like one of the best in the league everyone in that mid thats starting would average 20 disposals + and would have an impact
How's Matt Rowell going
Are you still celebrating 19 goals in a row kicked on you? There is a good chance you get another present this weekend from GWS. You should really re-watched Suns game to enjoy your great midfield. Most comical was TDK dominated by Smith. By the way, if you don't know it, Smith is not even VFL quality.

Exactly Jen. His oldies live close to where he’s buying.

I remember holding onto that hope when Uncle Tom and Don'tImpressya bought their houses in Melbourne the year before they left

I wonder how much the combined salaries would be from the 3 retirees. I wonder if the Suns have someone lined up.

Hombsch and Murdoch are on rookie wages so 80k, Smith probably the same.

These 3 are pretty much paying registeration to play for the Suns VFL team.

Murdoch was on a 3 year deal wasn't he? when he first arrived, it would have been more than a rookie wage.

All 3 on the rookie list so i'm presuming they are on the minimum
Yes, they were moved onto the rookie list last year. Which just means 80k from their wage is not included in the cap.
Doesn't mean they were on 80k.

WOW. Next year will be vital so these blokes sign on!

Townsend, Weller, Day and Lemmens to sign on. Fyfe I'd be keen to hold onto as well. The others apart from Rosas haven't appeared to get much footy into them so maybe they are vulnerable?
