Sad at the lack of Oliver owners.
When your ships goin down, it's nice to have others with you for company. 😉

Had planned 2 rookies out / 2 in this week.
Likely go with

Oliver & Davey for
Wardlaw & Humphrey/Hobbs and take cash into the byes.
+1 here.

Traded him in last week ffs.

Not sure who I'll downgrade to yet.

Oh wait I just checked who Daicos has for his next two opponents 😯

Erm… Milo Cyrus I need you to raise the Daicos breaking mission up a level higher buddy. You’re about to attempt the game on boss mode.
I'll tighten the noose and shorten the rope!

Which option?

Pedlar and Wilmot on my field the week just gone.

Think the second is best but just wanting more confirmations.

1st isn't getting me Hobbs but fixes up 2 Red dots.

Any other options/opinions let me know!

Not sure on the cash gen for McAndrew, one game and then the Bye for him - would need to check the injury status on the other two Ruck in Hickey and Ladhams - one might be back after the bye?

Ladhams played 2nd ruck

Struggling to decide this week on cash gen vs points on field

JJ and Pedlar up to a Laird/Brayshaw can be done. After that I will have Ashcroft able to get up to a legit keeper easily. Atkins can probably geto a low value keeper. But from there I will still have 2 spots to upgrade and cash gen looks grim

Maybe I don't upgrade to a legit premo this week and get 2 of Humphrey/Hobbs/Weddle etc

This is where teams with cash gen are going to overtake us all. I like my team, hate my cash gen on the bench with so many duds like Angwin, Chesser, Drury, Davey etc

Congratulations by the way - meds have kicked in and I'm feeling Ok again;)

You legit have a week to wait on both Ashcroft and then Atkins, and both should still make some more coin you'd think.

They still picked McAndrew as #1 ruck over old Petey. They could have run Ladhams/McLean but didn't. Think that bodes well for McAndrew imo. Albeit would be a nice downgrade after his bye.

McAndrew is the future. If I had my way we'd delist Ladhams at the end of the year, utter spud. Don't even know why we brought him back in but I guess it was as a precaution in case McAndrew had a dud game. Hickey should be back as he was only out with concussion, but I'd back McAndrew to stay in.

Forget Perryman - had him three weeks, have watched closely - just not getting to contests well enough, teammates don't use him often enough. Has too many non-impactive qtrs. had good TOG and still not getting it. Trading as soon as I can. Fyfe - fffttt. Tanner Bruhn is real now. My few cents worth.

The more I think about it, the more I agree on your suggested option. Now's the time to get premiums (if there's remote value) not take risks on underpriced ones with ?s. And Fiorini while he has that beautiful bye, is beginning to feel like a liability with the soft draw over and the role clearly not there. Only reason for me to go Cincotta over a Pedlar is I'm still carrying Cowan, Heath, Uwland (and Chesser), so if I don't clear up Cincotta it's 4 guaranteed red dots and the byes are getting close. Pedlar is at least a warm body. But think he might start leaking cash.

Perryman is odd. I'm tending to agree, not sure it's his fault, think he's got an odd role. Hunter Clark-like. Their 4th onballer, but low time on ground, and rotates out to cover any injury/gaps. Hard to get continuity when you're playing 40% inside, 30% wing/def, 30% bench. Had a great first half on the weekend but think he had to help cover Haynes/Himmelberg being out of defence. And Green/Cogs seem to be playing even more TOG & zero rotations outside of the guts now, so it's kind of those two and friends atm as opposed to a remotely even spread. Reckon if he had a normal 4th onballer role he'd be fine.

Bruhn's odd. I want him to be real. He can clearly play. & has the great bye/fwd positioning. But 50 SC for his 93 fantasy (9 clangers/42% DE from 19 touches) is surely a concern. + when Danger/Guthrie get back there has to be someone making way. But Atkins/Holmes/Parfitt have been garbage the last couple of weeks too, so who knows. With his BE you'd kind of want to jump on now and get him through the byes, but just feels risky.

Sharpy a bit unlucky to be subbed off perhaps:

AhChee didn't rock the world when he came on either - hope his JS is still there

Hope you are right, McAndrew looked good. So you might see Hickey this week?

Do you reckon that was more about 'Ladhams will be a better option for us forward' than 'McAndrew is a better ruck' though? Ladhams is pretty mobile and in a past life has been selected as a key forward/second ruck a bit before. Hickey's not really ever been a forward threat/played there, so him assuming the mantle from Ladhams now might change that dynamic?

Feel like especially given the upcoming bye, I'm going to sit on McAndrew, see the role with Hickey back (I presume) for a week, and then pay an extra 50k off his bye to get on him if he's relevant/still selected.

Can't disgaree regarding Bruhn, but clangers aside, he had great impact in the second half and they needed someone and he stood up. His eye test was good.

Rd 15 cannot be saved, it's just too much to do.

Rd 12-14 will be very nice, should only have 2 rookie scores on field over that period. Of course I'll have 2-3 more rookies scores from premos as well

But Rd 15 man.... **** I'll be copping like 6 rookies on field. I don't think I'll even have 6 rookies! McAndrew, Fleeton...I'll get 4 new rookies in rd 13 and 14 and they obviously need to hold for rd 15.
