Reckon it will be a hard tough slog tonight. Whoever is cleanest will win. Hoping we can break through the Lyon constriction game plan.

We will miss Parker in a game like tonight.

Plenty of chaos balls to give our smaller forward line plenty to chase, harass and score!!

If Fox plays on a small/medium type, we're effectively down a tall. If we lose a small, we go back to our usual structure.

Prefer someone who can impact in a short time frame , but who knows.

Yeah I usually hate the idea. It suggests we think Amartey can't play a full game (maybe even Hickey), maybe Rampe is a risk. But structure-wise, we have the 3 KPDs as usual and the 2 KPFs (1 less than usual), or if we play Francis fwd, and lose a small, he goes back, Fox or Rampe go on a smaller type. At worst, we're with our usual setup.

Ideally, I think we'd be looking to sub Hickey or Bud off, assuming we have the game under control.

Now that it’s 4 bench and a sub (instead of 3 a few years ago), I am not convinced the sub has as much impact as they did then.

Might be just me.

Coming back from a major hammy it seems a strange decision - but what the hell do I know from my lounge.

Fancy pants, can afford to have a 'lounge'

I think Ross thought if Sharman came on it would stretch our backs, which it probably would. But now we have Amartey to play forward too and stretch theirs. Lol

Not sure about this one.
Parker out may not be the thing that gets us.
We may be more mobile through the middle. Not as tough but definite more mobile outside.
With Ramps there we can go back to winning more ball & transition forward better than we have without him there.

I still think the Saints are far more advanced with their game plan this year & with our key outs, they'll score some easy goals.
Can we win a shootout? That's the only way I see us pinching this one.
I'm expecting a loss but will be thrilled if we can get the points.
I can't believe we are favourites.
