Also CBA's were down to 36%. Doubt that improves much with all the guys getting mid time.. add the hand niggle and I'd have to agree to move him on

He is an option for me. IF Bruhn scores 80+ with the E on Thursday, I'll hold Kelly, Stocker in and Gibney to the mids to replace Bytel.

If Bruhn scores under 80, Ill have to offload Kelly to Green or Brayshaw.

Bit of perspective guys.. Laird dropping 150k is 1% of your team value

Yep - at least with Laird you know that he's a solid chance to return to his starting price, whereas if you miss even an average-performing rookie, they're never coming back down to their starting price and there's no guarantee you'll be able to get them in next week.

I get that but he was top scorer so it’s not like they’re actively trying to run other players in his role to his detriment.

Apparently they ran 10 different players through the CBA's (I haven't seen it but that's what was said on the Traders), and still he had high attendance. You trust for a bit longer.

BLOODY HELL

Had a backup plan for Bytel being dropped but that plan didn't include having to do three injury trades Round 1. Will have to hold Kelly and miss Green v WCE sadly. Would be hard for Bytel to get back in the team Round 3 you'd think.

Plan now is:
If Phillips is named, Bytel > Phillips
Otherwise, Bytel > Davey
(passing on Uwland, don't think Uwland will be dropped this week but the pressure will be on for the week after with Powell, Ellis, Weller not far away)

Role looked juicy anyways. That first chip kick out of a kick out that no teams mans up on (that we all love in fantasy) was going straight to Stocker every time. I think they want the ball in his hands. I think he goes 75+ from here

agree, his price is kinda awkard though... think i'll get him in if constable is dropped. Was intially thinking Will day, but he is playing at SCG in sydney, so not sure there will be space for him to get much of the ball out on the wings
