I’m culling. Last year I would have held. Also hard to upgrade at this point so sideways trading and fix ups is ideal
Selby and DTLemon both say hold :(, then all the hat chat/few of the PODPOD say trade lmao.

If i trade its probably for Cogs and Long for Chandler, or i could trade for a premium defender to get 1 of the rooks off field and field Hollands lol

Interesting. Hold makes more sense round 4 or so when upgrades begin.

If it 100% was 1 week id hold, but the risk of 2 makes it really bad.
id just wait till teams are out.... if all your cash cows are playing, and jelly is your only issue... then trading is a no brainer. but if you got some 0s on the bench... its might be better to use your trades to secure playing cash cows

So, whose advice do you think is better? A two time classic winner or guys who have probably never come close??
That’s what makes it interesting. I mean if you’ve missed 2 obvious cash cows or 2 rooks get dropped then sure but what else are they suggesting as the alternative.

I probably need to get Chandler but I have the rest. 🤷‍♂️

One more question, would you trade Kelly to a mid like Cogs or get a Defender like Sicily/Young to get 1 of the defender rooks offield over one of the mid rooks as there scoring is worse?
depends on who your mid rooks are... but i think priority must be to get those spud rookie defenders off your starting team... that being said... maybe wait for cowen to play, he might get a decent score and make things more simple

Wardlaw coming in soon (apparently) so might be an idea to have room in your structure for an extra rookie MID on field. In the meantime, as others have noted, good to firm up that backline for now given the uncertainty around some of the cheaper options.
