Best thread of the year, daylight second.
There's always the odd post about trading out bloke off a quiet first quarter who went on to score 135 haha. Delicious.

Out: Bruhn
In: Scheezel if he plays a good game

I 100% know Bruhn will not score what he needs with the role he has been given so am happy to cash in early to give me more flexibility for trades the following week.

I reckon he averages better then Worpel but at his price he needs about 10 points more per game.

I wouldn't mind having both to be honest.

Have thought about going Oliver > Worpel to free up cash for next week in case I want to go McKenna > Daicos, Cowan > Goater, Bruhn > Ziebell.

Fyfe and Ziebell good options for Bruhn if they do well this week and next week.

Feel like I got suckered into Bruhn too, was thinking of Fyfe or Ziebell instead a few times.

I will only consider Ziebell if he looks like he could score well enough to be a keeper.

Yeah I was never really sold on Bruhn but got him in so I wouldn't have to cop any forward rookie scores on field. Then he scored like a rookie anyway haha.

Fyfe might have been the way to go with Freo's early easy draw.

The next 2 weeks are going to be an interesting watch.

And this rooster your spirit animal, Brother Juddy.

Haha, oh yeah Roughy is my spiritual animal for sure.

Everytime I do a trade I'm thinking about when my next "Roughy" will be. :D

And it is this which separates you,
Brother Juddy, from those honest yet utterly unremarkable coaches going about their workaday trades, blissfully unaware that there is a world beyond the painting of the fence for those who dare, for those who have understood, as you have - like no other who has gone before or since you - that...

Forgive them their ignorance, Brother Juddy, and in your endless benevolence illuminate the path for those who will glimpse the singularity....

With what I saw from Bruhn in both practice games is he's a stoppage player. No stoppage, no score. Would love to blame Chris Scott but picking any Geelong player bar Stewart (unlucky tonight) means signing up for this bullshit. Geelong on top and he was playing well in the first half before his role got cucked to a wing. Also am questioning his fitness, it was the Will Brodie special being benched for 3-5 mins x2 every quarter.

Hopper is a 100% fraud but Bruhn is half a fraud, both very problematic. I can see Bruhn having good games, but Carlton next week is tough. Probably lies in the coaches hands. Hopper I'm convinced his no good.

I've said already.
But that was tanner hardest game he's prob ever imo.

Yeah interesting he was pushed out of the mids.
He and Holmes look like a good combo..Both speedie.

Bowes prob back next week.

Interesting were tanner plays .

Purposely went light on in defence (Doch, Jones and rookies) because I didn't like the options and didn't want to change anything else in my team.

Gives me time to assess the situation over two rounds and sure up defence with the information I gather.

On the face of it, and subject to injuries, worst midpricer > best rookie, Hopper > Daicos may be the play.

Daicos will have ridiculous ownership now that Stewart has gone down and after that performance.

Should have listened to Ingy and others!
