I guess Stewart to Daicos and pocket 100k. Stewart’s price will drop but unfortunately that 19 will only be there for one price change.
Clubs won't let him run around with no accountability anynore. He just plays on nobody and nobody plays on him. I am in the same boat, I need to offload Stewart, Doc or Dawson are my options.

Having Stewart go down so early really puts us owners behind the 8 ball. Probably puts us 80-100 points behind. Terrible luck.

The positive is, you’ve got 23 weeks to catch up. Everyone will suffer them at some stage, swings and roundabouts. Just when it happens several times to you it’s sucks.

I wouldn't rush to get Daicos next week unless you have to downgrade Stewart. I reckon you need to bring him in as he will be a top 6 defender but Port will pay him more respect after that performance.

I am giving Hopper more time. If you dump a player round 1 it should be due to role more then performance. Bruhn is going because he won't have the role we thought. Hopper has the role. Just had a bad game.

Out: Bruhn
In: Scheezel if he plays a good game

I 100% know Bruhn will not score what he needs with the role he has been given so am happy to cash in early to give me more flexibility for trades the following week.
Tend to agree.Scott is going to mess with him.

I'm seriously considering Bruhn and Hopper to Daicos and rookie. Its the only way I can get to him.

Seems to me not having Daicos is like not starting Sicily last year. For those who corrected to Sicily early it paid off handsomely.

What do others think.

What what I saw from Bruhn in both practice games is he's a stoppage player. No stoppage, no score. Would love to blame Chris Scott but picking any Geelong player bar Stewart (unlucky tonight) means signing up for this bullshit. Geelong on top and he was playing well in the first half before his role got cucked to a wing. Also am questioning his fitness, it was the Will Brodie special being benched for 3-5 mins x2 every quarter.

Hopper is a 100% fraud but Bruhn is half a fraud, both very problematic. I can see Bruhn having good games, but Carlton next week is tough. Probably lies in the coaches hands. Hopper I'm convinced his no good.
Agree. Annoyed that i underestimated Scotts conservative nature. He's always been like that.

I feel like Hopper will come good but maybe that's the Richmond hopium in me. Either way I don't have much patience in him. Very tempted to trade to free up cash.

Not a bad idea. Even if he gets more attention he is still value at 500k and a lock for top 6.

I don't subscribe that it's just bruhns fitness either. Played pretty much 100% on the wing in the 4th quarter despite being the cats best mid in quarter 1. You need just as much if not more fitness to play wing as onball. Scott just didn't trust him with game on the line.

The obvious plan was to sub him for Parfitt, when Stewart went down it's thrown things out with an extra inside mid to feed. Disappointing miss as he passed the eyeball test but Scott loves benching his young mids and he'll be a sub risk all yr which makes him a must trade unfortunately.

Setting up a couple of team tweaks now to enable a single Bruhn > Daicos trade

If he goes his av 110 in his next 2 rds (whenever that maybe) he'll drop to 550K approx. Could be an upgrade target come Rd6-9 if he's out for a few.

Might just do the Bruhn to Sheezel trade, so I can do 2 or 3 other corrections in rd3 (might have to boot Hopper too, as well as the inevitable cheap rookie to cheap rookie corrections)

Sheezel already looking like he'll be one of the best rookies this year. And Bruhn doesn't have the tank for constant on-ball time at AFL level yet

Next imo

Bruhn to Sheezel is locked and loaded

Obviously he won't do this every week, but he's got it in him. Will get to $400k very quickly

It'll give me $146k to play with in round 3, to drop a trade boost and do 3 corrections

I downgraded Hunter Clarke to Jones to I can go Chesser > the BIG SHEEZ next week. Considered waiting and using two trades on Cunners > Sheez so I could go Hopper > LDU but think Hopper and Cunners will still be good picks so would just be chasing points and punting trades.
I hope you're right about Cunnington I might need to keep that pick
