Yeah it's pretty crap. Only idea could be moving Setters to the utility spot and seeing if that worked?

EDIT - Scrap this idea, just tried it myself, doesn't work.
Looks like it is Setters and Day then.

Mcgrath to Daicos/JHF to Ziebell or Darcy to anyone next week then

Constable getting dropped makes things a bit easier.

Mcgrath > Ziebell
Constable > Stocker

JHF and Sheed survive another week so will be interesting to see how they go. Don't really want to trade McGrath but it's the only way i can get the cash.
Hind and D'Ambrossio both in makes it likely the points will be shared down there.

Think Stocker has a good role, JS and should get to $700k.

Will be trading Macrae

Don't care if he comes out with a 120+ score. Used to enjoy watching him play and pig out, but Bevo has sulked the fun out of it.

Feels good removing the Bevo headache

Bazlenko on notice
Sorry Bazlenko, but come Monday you are OUT

Not completely your fault that ur horses ass coach decides to play his premier midfielder as a forward flanker for almost 2 quarters.

I can now enjoy my fantasy team having rid of my aneurysm that is Bevo

Still not sure what my best option is if we assume that Constable is out

Option 1
Out: Steele, Constable
In: Laird, J.Hunt

Option 2
Out: Steele, Constable
In: LDU, Day

Option 3
Out: Steele, Flanders
In: LDU, Ziebell
(take Wilmots 66 for Constable)
Probably option 3 for me. Question would then be how can you get rid of Constable the following week, or hope he gets back in

Constable dropped for a Geelong game

Guess he's used to that now
Might end up as sub though....

Who's this guy ? .....I mean it's probably accurate, but someone was tweeting Gulden out yesterday as well

Gotta have some cred, B4 we start changing team structures

Current trades: Macrae to Laird, Bruhn to Ziebell

Current setup:
  • Constable D5, Cowan D6 Wilmot D7 EMG 66, Uwland D8. Planned to loop Cowan/Wilmot with Uwland
  • MacKenzie M8, Hollands M9, Chesser DPP M10

Option 1:
- Edit Laird to J Dawson, take 128k into next week to move on Constable, fling Dawson into defence, loop Uwland for Wilmot, play both Hollands & Mackenzie

On field: J Dawson, Wilmot, Mackenzie, Hollands, Ziebell

Option 2:
- Reverse Bruhn/Ziebell, field Bruhn (or Chandler/Pedlar?), trade Constable to Stocker (69k into next week). Loop Wilmot with Uwland

On field: Stocker, Wilmot, Laird, Mackenzie, Bruhn

Option 3:
- stick fat, vibe it, hope for the best. Probably play Cowan and loop Wilmot for Constable

On field: Cowan, Wilmot, Laird, Mackenzie, Ziebell

I'm leaning into sticking fat I think. In hindsight, Wilmot as EMG (I'd been fielding him all year) handicaps me, should have fielded him and EMG looped Cowan. Sub risk on Chesser/Constable is strong.

I guess the advantage of not firing Constable is that if he's sub, he'll still gain some cash with that breakeven. Thoughts?

Only rider is I've got Taranto VC tonight and if he sucks, I'll probably want to bring in Laird to avoid having to captain Josh Kelly

Gotta look at the points of each option really. For those thinking Constable to Stocker, is Stocker going to outscore a Cowan type by as much as the trade you're sacrificing to make that move? Not to mention, Stocker isn't a keeper, so it's another trade down the line.

Unfortunately you can't edit the Macrae trade to Dawson. Has to be a mid, I tried earlier this morning. So Option 1 is out the window.

all potential plays... just gotta wait for the final 22's and the path should become clearer

Picked T.Adams at the last minute prior to round 1. Im correcting that selection, going to Naicos. Went Rozee > Ziebell too. Not sure if i like that but I feel like Ziebell is just about a must have at this stage. Hoping Grundy benefits greatly from Gawn being out given he is pretty much my only POD now. Well him and N.Anderson

Was doing
Macrae > Setterfield
Callaghan > Ziebell.

I could still do that if Constable is out but it means fielding Cowan...

If i change the second trade to
Constable > Stocker or Bowes id need to put Callaghan back into mids and bench Mackenzie and field Chandler in the forward line.

Which trade is better if constable is out?

Does Flanders become the 4th mid with Fiorini out? Is there some kind of fantasy god that provides good s**t?
Baby Babies GIF

This might not be the blessing we think it is. Dew has a record of completely boning their 4th/5th mids unless it's Swallow. Often 50-65% TOG and still only 30% CBAs as Anderson/Rowell/Miller get 90% each. Fiorini also got no on-ball time last week. I suspect it's Swallow, and Flanders (if selected) might just pus up to cover his Wing while he's in there.

Already traded Macrae to Setterfield before training last night.

Now it looks like Constable is out so I will have to trade him. Or cop both Wilmot and Cowan scores on field.

Constable > Day
Constable > Stocker

Mcgrath, JHF and Darcy survive another week.

I could edit the Setterfield trade and bring in Daicos instead and then trade Constable for Ziebell.

What is better

1. Setters & Day

2. Daicos & Ziebell

If you held Constable one more and ran Cowan on the field, what utility would that second trade offer? Is there a reality where you run Cowan on the field to allow you to keep Setters and then bring Ziebell in anyway? Might be a worthwhile 'bad choice'

Does Callaghan > Bowes fit?

I guess take the hit this week with Wilmots score covering Constable then trade him out next week and keep the trades i was doing

Why was Parish's TOG so low last week? ton from 67% game time
