Is Ed richards a trade ? Targeting either Day or Daicos…

Cole generally plays as a lockdown on oppo smalls. He's probably the most defensive guy down there. He's been 45-55 guy his whole career, can't really see that changing

Also Rotham has yet to play a game but fair chance he'll get used in that 2nd ruck/fwd role he did late last year when he's back
Sorry. meant Duggan and Witherden - fair to say I'm not a huge WC fan, but this year have chanced a couple of Weagles in my side🤪 and been forced to watch.🤪 Cole came up as a discount and had a 71 Praccy and looked like a possible holding pattern for a few weeks. This looked brilliant Rnd 1 with another 70, but didn't hold up Rnd 2 with a 40. I need to hold him one more week I guess - not looking quite so brilliant now:tearsofjoy:

I chose Duggan over Daicos…………

Was a very frustrating decision

Ouch, have you bounced back OK though? - both start with D and have six letters - completely understandable mistake:tearsofjoy:

Already have Setterfield but even if I didn't not sure I'd have the balls to dump Bont for him. But I can see why others would
Setterfield has two OK games coming up against StK and GWS. After that it's Melb, Coll, Geel, Port, Bris, Rich. That's where the rubber will hit the road for Essendon. Not sure I'd be giving up a Premo for a mid-pricer in a new team having a run against soft oppo so far (Haw / GCS). I'm backing Setters in for two more weeks, but giving up Callahan and Flanders to do it - not someone like Bont who will come good. Each to there own.

Can't decide whether to go Worpel > Settefield. One MP to another.

Same breakevens, same potential increases in next few weeks, Setters may remain at a high output Worps robably not so much.

Seemingly more points from Setters with a higher ceiling is the difference. Have a spare $200k could do this as not much else needed to fix. Not sure if being luxurious.

On the other hand, have looming duds like Uwland, Chesser, Long, maybe Davey that I could fix with Caminiti, Ryan, Van Rooyen, or Jones but is not awe inspiring stuff and maybe I can deal with these later.

So all up, Worpel + $200k or Setters + points.

If you spend the 200k on Setterfield you'll still have the looming duds. Where do you go with the duds?
Worpel is still a pot of gold happening. One of them to Matt Roberts as soon as he gets named in the 22 which hopefully is a fortnight away after he has a full game in the magoos.

If this is your only option .....hold Worpel, you've missed the big increase from Setterfield, Worpel will still give you more increases

No other way of getting Setterfield ?

Didn't start with Chandler and then copped the Stewart/Jelly first round injuries, so didn't get him in last week.

I've also got Bruhn who I need to move on this week.

Is it worth missing out on Chandlers money making to get Callaghan up to Setterfield?

ie Bruhn to rookie (not Chandler) and Callaghan up to Setterfield?

Or do I just keep Callaghan another week and and get in two rookies, one of which is Chandler?

The sugar rush of potentially having Setterfield in the mids instead of Callaghan is hard to ignore. Would also push Worpel to M5.

IMO yes ....Kelly & Whitfield back this week ...Callaghan on the WING with a suspect shoulder

ESS's fixture is favourable to Setterfield

Chandler, you wanted to be on R1 ....so IMO that boat has been missed ....and tough game this week v BRIS

Yeah, holding Worps seems the play.

Am not super keen on Setters and don't want to follow the pack, just that over the next 4 weeks, he could reap say 150-200 more points than Worps with similar price increases, so why not have the better MP?
When needing to upgrade Setters will be closer to premium than Worps. On tge other hand, $200k in bank plus one cow down Worps up us a similar result. If I'm to do it, it would be now. Trying to be creative by upgrading one MP to another MP which I've rarely done

Hard to see the benefit in this sideways move ...unless one is about to dive in price, and the other skyrocket in price

That's not the situation with Setterfield & Worpel though

Unless it’s hawthorn, one shouldn’t study the fixture that hard.

Setters will do fine vs all those sides.

I don’t have any issues really. Everyone is saying NOT to trade Bont to Setters

1.
Bont - Setters
Chesser - Day (gets rook off field)

Vs

2.
Chesser - Bergman
McAndrew - Ryan

Thoughts? 2 seems quite passive but fixes red dots as Chesser is a likely out and scoring poorly anyway.
Number two

Keep the Bont

Hey guys, first time poster. Bit unsure what to do this week. 133k in the bank.
First trade is McGrath to Naicos. Leaves me with 33k
Am thinking Rozee to Ziebel or Marcae to LDU.
Anything I'm missing? Cheers

Hi, Wait for teams and see what pops up. Your priorities might become clearer.
Mentions of Uwland getting the chop and Callaghan might be managed.

Setters won't outscore Worp by 200 in the next 4 weeks. Think there will be 10-15 points a week between them

I'm much more confident in Worp going 80+ than I am in Setters maintaining 100+
