Now we have time between matches did anyone else not see RIOLIS review vs essendon to see if it clipped post.. the ball CLEARLY went wrong side of post so should of been called a point anyway... but they were reviewing the snicko so I don't know if they could even check for the wrong side of post??? Just found it odd not one commentator in the box saw it or mentioned it... on here it would be outrage if they reviewed a goal and gave it a point when it was on the right side of the post haha !!

did anyone else see it???

Ill back what my initial thoughts on Norwood Oval for Fridays game. Narrow ground, with a fair amount of stoppages today. Im going to go for the Tackles again.

I like the logic of M Rioli tackles, I had his line at around Under/Over 2.5 Tackles for the game.

I have the line for Total Match Tackles Under/Over 130.5 . Fridays game had 143 tackles.

It usually takes a quarter or two for teams who havent played much there to get familiar with dimensions of the pockets etc.

If Im right in saying Norwood Oval , has the narrowest ground dimensions in the AFL era (when it changed from the VFL to AFL )? Norwood dimensions is 165 m v 111 m

That 30 metre difference in width is a big thing compared to say the MCG.

Less space meaning, that crumbs on ground level means smaller forwards are in the game more. Toby Greene/Fergus Greene (equal) and Walters finished top goalscorers in their game last season.

I didnt watch Brisbane v North on Friday but I assume Daniher moved around the ground a fair bit? Also think North didnt really have a great matchup for their big talls. Also think Richmond v Saints will be a more closer contest than the odds suggest.

Feel like its a high scoring ground at Mt Barker, with 52 scoring shots yesterday, and 59 in last years game.

Ill have a play on total bands, 201-210 points band at $13.00 for a bit of interest.

I feel the Suns having 7 changes , the game will open up at some stage. Probably a game where the Giants get out to an early lead, will enable that. I think of all the grounds in SA this week, Mt Barker is the ground where the goals will be at this weekend.
