William Hill was good back in the day, you could bet live without having to call up.

You could place bets online through a call you placed on your computer. 365 used to have the same option as well, not sure if it still does.

The automated thing on b365 doesnt work anymore, you can still call in on pc but you have to speak to an agent, give them a few reference numbers for your account, the bet and your amount. Tried it out a when Freo were 3.00 vs North at HT.
