Lalor and Smillie means we don't have to worry much about having large strong mids in future picks. Makes sense. But if Jagga is there at 6 I want him.

I think on trade day they had cameras in each suite.
Need to get to a stage where we can pick whatever camera we want to watch and switch around. Watching reactions from teams at certain times would be brilliant.
Don’t want to watch Dillon or Kane reading out a name I want to watch one of the next teams punching the air and high-fiveing when their player is still on the board.

Genuine question, how’s Allan comparable to RCD. I feel their traits and strengths are quite different?
RCD was very one dimensional, lacked versatility and intensity. Where as Allan can play both inside and outside, has played plenty of football off the back flank and has a great attack into the contest/footy.
I feel this is just a lazy approach to compare him to a failed big bodied midfielder.

I'll be a bit gutted if we don't end up with the Langford and Hynes combo (with 6 and 20 perhaps). Aside from footy ability they're both hyper-competitive, Tiges men, great mates, co-captains at the stingrays with contrasting leadership styles and v solid characters. Add Bo Allan in there at 10/11 and the rest will be cream on top imo

Yes. Jagga is pretty much guaranteed to provide good service in the midfield long term.
If you can build a well structured high capability midfield around Jagga you will have a great midfield. We have the picks and can FA/trade to get that array of 3 or 4 other mids. He is like a turbo charger to me. If the midfield is crap then he makes them less crap, maybe even OK. If it is OK he will make it good, if good, then very good. If very good then elite.
Lalor has the ability to break games open.
So does Smillie, but maybe not the high end ceiling.
So I look at the package, not the individuals. Jagga is awesome with other good players. And he is a safer pick.
Could be wrong, I am just going off my own opinion about how to build a centending team.
