Yeah I'm likely leaning Gulden anyways.

Playing for upside at this point as finding it hard to move my rank. I see more upside in Gulden whereas I think Dunkley's output is kind of maxed

It's honestly a coin flip decision but I like hearing Gulden say he is going to try and play 100% TOG. Screams extreme thirst for the pill to me.

That's the key point in picking Errol. The last 7 weeks his lowest TOG was 90%, so mega opportunities for scoring.

Relooking at my bye plans, I'm very tight on cash if I want to get to a "complete" team out the other end of the byes. Was planning Heeney in this week but might prioritise a bit of value (Warner/LDU/Clark(Fre) ) over the next two weeks and look to pick up Isaac in a couple weeks time.

Trying to work it so that Sharp is my last rookie as he is scoring better than some of the non rookies I already have

I think mills has lost his midfield spot. Parker is the one that worries me but he was playing vfl before the 6 week ban so who knows if he gets back in immediately

Gulden is an aerobic beast who - according to Champion Data - is terrible at the stoppage. Perfectly suited to a wing role, which is where he plays now and did last year. None of those other guys you mentioned are competing with him.

I'd be happy if he can make back a bit of that $200k
Few owners have been pretty furious with him this year.
Green's value is the only way I can bring in 3 decent players this week (Gulden, Green & Fisher)
Out go Reid, Wilson & Hardeman/Jhye sub Clark

Keeping Sharp/Dempsey/Peatling/Campbell a bit longer.

Errol’s not an inside mid though, he’s a winger and an endurance beast, that’s where he’ll get the points.

Difference is they dont need him so much this year. Heeney and Warner just bypass him a lot of the time, whereas last year nearly everything went through him

I’ve been tossing up Warner/LDU & Dunkley/Gulden all week. At the moment, I am at Warner & Dunkley.

At the end of the day, I don’t think there is really a bad choice between them all. Going to get Dunkley in next week though, as he’ll likely drop in price.

2 down, 1 up this week and I’ll bring Fisher (want to give him one more week before committing, don’t mind paying the extra), Clark and Dunkley in next week. Butters can wait

The way I look at it, who can I see myself cursing not owning more? When a mid I don't have is rolling out 120-150 type games? Similar to when I didn't own Dawson 2nd half of last year. I think it's more likely Gulden.

Dunkley's CBA's and scores dropping (slightly) and Gulden pushing up his TOG has them trending in different directions. Also the aerobic beast types tend to ramp it up 2nd half of the season when other mids tire.

In the end it's probably negligible and we're debating over a few points each way. In which case, give me the 50k cheaper Gulden and I'll get Dunkley cheaper later if needed

a) one cheap pick (Hind) and a 900k player
b) two players around 750k (Whitfield, Sicily types)

2. Downgrade another rookie (Dempsey/Harrison/Z.Reid) and do a proper upgrade of either Clohessy, Sharp and Wilson

I’d try and go option 2 and keep Sharp considering the players you have upcoming on the bye, targeting Rd12 trade ins

Plus the traders are getting rid of Sharp so that's how I know it's a good move to keep him.
