Clark is a player, IMO will get better as the season progresses .....the Club are throwing him into CBA's ....so he'll be a slow burn, but one I'll be keeping

Grundy is on his bye, so nothing lost there. What it does afford me is a potential $60k price rise with Comben. No other cashcows fattened enough to trade to Comben. Jackson is DPP switched into R2 alongside Gawn for me.

The cash brought in from this downgrade will allow me to effectively go Grundy -> Steele by extension next week.

Same boat but i can put yeo to middle and loop sanders/kerch to get the better of the two there.

But really its a choice of Williams V Kerch.

He’s not as erratic as Billings though!!

Likely to gain another 80-100k over next 3 weeks, and is FWD which helps.

I think it's the right call.
Hes a rookie at the end of the day and subbed in all his 5 games last year.
Capable of 50's and the cash cow train stops pretty quickly from there.

I think so too tbh. Got him last week hoping he will make about 150-180k and hold F5 for a bit (Sanders at 6) He already made $64k plus Reid showed he could fill that role for a bit too imo

The only thing I can hang my hat on with missing Dempsey is the fact I took Campbell for his double score start... and he's actually gone up a similar amount because of it.

Dempsey +$238k

I traded out Campbell for Massimo to rid my defence of rookies. Should have punted Lazzaro but he had CBA's so logic said to keep him.

Sheezel Whitfield easily ahead right now, any of Ryan, NWM, Duggan, Young and Yeo are all a reasonable shot at being ahead, based off Daicos' and the pies start to the year.
He needs the other mids Pendlebury/Degoey/Crisp/etc to be going well to score as a D1/2 tbh, as he cant get the ball himself. If Daicos went back to half back id be more bullish

Flanders probably the biggest priority if you don't have him, especially with a volatile forward line (I'm going him and Cloe/Graham in and will be looping Howes tomorrow and trading him next week). Plus the Suns have a verrryyy juicy fixture coming up as well

Don't feel you can risk punting on another mid pricer. You need at least two guys that can get you tons each week.

Seems like a lot of trades going through r2 because Jackson is a stopgap and will have to go by round 7 i'd say. Think the rest of your team will suffer and others will be doing proper rookie and midpricer off the field upgrades while you throw 3 trades through r2.

I don't mind Comben as a pick, but if you're that keen I think there would be better ways to get to him.

Best 18 helps in the case of him getting injured in the next two weeks. All reports are his body is holding up well and he had a good preseason ala Yeo. Everyone has Yeo and the forwardline is far more depleted for options than in defence.

I'm hoping when the season post mortem's are done everyone will be looking back saying how they can't believed they missed all the signs to jump on Zorko after he avgs 105.

I know he is getting on, but the Zorko 'always injured' thing is a bit of a myth. In recent years there is a number of suspensions thrown in to contribute to those missed games. His body appears to be in pretty good nick atm.

Anyway, not trying to convince you too much, more trying to convince myself into doing it!
