If I did decide to hold I can up someone in the FWDs and potentially go one rookie in the FWDs

I think it's important to head into the best 22 rounds with the least amount of rookies on field that you can manage, without being silly about it, I'll wait on Crouch, if his role and TOG looks like staying the way it has over the last 2 rounds then he might become a priority to upgrade. Really depends on your trading strategy though.

I have roughly five on field, Sanders, Graham, Clohesy, Reid, Wilson (six if you count Roberts)

My bench is in a position to do a one up one down for the next few weeks, and I can get more data on rookies.




Also like many have said, Crouch will be upgraded at some point, this is an excuse to do it early. Dunks in my case will be a keeper.

Plus, should I try and say upgrade Howes or a Wilson type via downgrading Campbell let’s say can only get to someone in the high 680s. Wilson has a low BE so he’s got more money to make and then I could get him up to someone more reliable.

Also say if Butters got rubbed out for that Banfield hit I would not trade him as he’s one I would keep and would cover for him. Crouch not so much

Nothing wrong about getting Dunkley in, just keep an eye on the round 12 byes, I've currently got 5 'premos' missing that round

Defintely, Dunks, Sheeze and Whit are my three missing in R12.

Keep forgetting for some reason we have 4 ****ing bye rounds 12,13,14,15 and 13 only has 2 teams.

The AFL really need to just have 1 week off and they can have mid season draft and a charity game or some sit on.

We've been saying that for years, but the $ in TV rights outweigh anything the fans might want.

I like the MBR's, 3 trades/week and a good structure generally sees me come up the ranks quite a bit. Might be different for me this year as I haven't gone Gun's and Rookies.

I don't normally mind byes when we have 2 maybe 3 rounds in the middle of the year but this year is ****ing insane with round 0 the early byes and 4 mid season byes it is way to much

Funny thing is when Tassie come in we will have a bye every round and the AFL will still find a reason to have bye rounds

As we've seen these early byes have seen big rank jumps. I've jumped 41k positions since Round 1 from a rank in the 70,000s.

Definitely feels like an opportunity to clear out the bench a little this week. Best 18, rookies with good BEs and on top of that we have a handful of other rookies potentially maxing out very soon and we won’t be able to get them all out quick enough.

With McGovern and Saad injured, i’d be holding Zilliams …. but i’m also holding Dawson … he has to turn it around

Not a bad idea. If I do a double downgrade I can do Flanders the week after.
