So are our chances of getting Warner for the 2025 season better or worse if Sydney win the GF?

We picked up Joel Hamling in the trade period after the 2016 WB Premiership, Josh Carr after the 2004 Port Premiership and Des Headland after the 2002 Brisbane Premiership.

Barlow - maybe, played under 150 games in the end though, never captained, hard to put him in legend status

In what way is Barlow a club legend? I love Barlow but he was never anything more than a very good player.

The term legend is thrown around too much these days. To me we only have 5 club legends: Pav, Fyfe, Sandi, Mundy, and McPharlin.

I pretty much agree with yours but think Bell should probably go in there

They need to get him doing acceleration work.
Get him to his top speed faster so he doesn’t get left behind in the first place.

Wonder how much the hamstring injuries have affected that?

Macca I will own as a genuine mistake. I forgot he played 12 games for the Hawks. Belly though I left out for the same reason I left out Modra, Farmer and Fletch: best and a lot of footy elsewhere. I appreciate its debatable for the first two.

The most frustrating player imo.
Could have taken us anywhere if he wasn't suspended 3 times a year..
Daniel was the most natural Small forward I've ever seen.
