Not many QBs enter the league ready to start. But teams are too dumb and desperate to let them sit and learn. Putting them out week 1 rookie season or even mid year kills more QB then anything

And look at some QBs now having their 2nd or 3rd wind, Mayfield, Darnold, Fields have all looked good so far, Geno has been solid for a couple of years now etc

AE is going to have some big red scores with the Eagles, Vikings, Giants and Broncos looking like winners

I was always on the Vikings this week, had Philly and Indy in my multi but forgot to go back and review my AE tips last night and had Saints and Bears on AE

Bucs cost me a multi by the way what is it with this raging hot home favourites this year! Should've known Bucs wouldn't go 3-0 and Broncos wouldn't go 0-3

But this unpredictability is why I love the NFL, so much drama going on across the league in one day.

Exactly and when they aren't told to lead those disasters out of the wilderness before those franchises have been able to build a solid team around them. Build the O-line first then grab a QB, or grab a QB and let them sit while you build the team around them. Coaches and franchises aren't patient enough though and it's easy to understand why. There are careers and lots of dollars riding on all these decisions. A coach won't have time to come good while his highly rated rookie QB sits for 2 years. And franchises also want to make the most of those rookie QB contracts.

There's something to that. In terms of long term success, both Mahomes and Brady were drafted to ready to win teams.

Which reminds me.....that play was straight out of my Madden designed laterals. I swear if teams implemented a designed lateral on almost every play (just one lateral), the offense would be nearly impossible to stop. It's like the 4D Chess version of YAC.
