At this rate, it's getting very close to where Queensland can have their own stand alone teams.

As their Allies replacement I'd like to see Papua New Guinea slot in. Footy is their thrid biggest sport behind rugby league and cricket and much bigger than what people here may imagine.

They did actually play in the 1979 Teal Cup (The national 17's back then) and footy hasn't gotten any smaller as they have it on their free to air TV. Obviously rugby league dwarfs the other contenders but even so.

Then in time we can work on getting Tassie to be stong enough to be stand alone. 5/6 years from now maybe.

One player I’d say was snubbed out of the best was Thomas Burton of the western jets. Had about 20 touches and 1 direct goal assist while rotating mid/half forward. He’s probably the best tackler in this year’s crop, got 2 frees for holding the ball and he also lined up on Dan Annable in the centre a few times.

Mate, please tell me WA isn't fielding a team in this exhibition indulgence?

This is business time. PSA has ended. Teams are at full strength or near as barring injury.

There is a WAFL flag to be won.

People can watch all the WA 2025 players live on stream.

This stuff can happen the week after the grand final.
