I was actually thinking about Sicily, but when I checked his stats, it only had 21 and 6. Mustn't have played a game in 42.Sicily went from 42, 21 to 6

Happy to move on from what I wrote... clearly some took it the wrong way from what I intended.Gary Ablett wore 35 at Hawthorn
Not sure if true but …
Logical to assume this will be the case. If there are no other existing player moves, the club usually fills the gaps in the order they are drafted, hence Mraz in 21 then Anderson (32?), then Hill/JUH (41/45).Club hasn't mentioned this. May have gone early.
41 & 43 left. No 45 since we delisted Tucker. HH has our last number at 44, but I pretty much agree on the order.Mraz 21, Cody 32 then Hill 41 & JUH 43.Logical to assume this will be the case. But the club still hasn't announced anything. It’s a different format to the other releases

Think it is, they wouldn't give it to one of the rookies and HH has already apparently said he's happy in 44. Beast it is.Your pic shows wiz and beast as old mates. I’d say #32 is a Monty
Ah. Now makes sense. Thanks.Guessing they got it from his Insta.

Platten and Rioli say hi!Watson, Mackenzie and Macdonald all look like single digit players. Though Watson or Macdonald into 22 once Breust retires also feels right.
Any player who is good enough can create a legacy in any number and then it's hard not to associate them with it. But when they're this young and early on in their career it's different.Platten and Rioli say hi!
From memory I think Macdonald chose 31 for some specific reason. Watson said that he choose 34 to be next to Ginnivan.Watson, Mackenzie and Macdonald all look like single digit players. Though Watson or Macdonald into 22 once Breust retires also feels right.
Cmac chose 31 due to his postcode. Love it.From memory I think Macdonald chose 31 for some specific reason. Watson said that he choose 34 to be next to Ginnivan.
I could see Macdonald, Watson and Ginnivan all staying in those numbers for 10 years.
And hopefully make those numbers rightfully famous in their own right.I could see Macdonald, Watson and Ginnivan all staying in those numbers for 10 years.
If I were an AFL player I'd definitely try and grab a high number. 55 or a 77.
I vaguely recall some years ago a player from maybe Geelong having to play in a jumper in the 70+ range because their jumper and their backup jumper both got completely torn off.Can AFL players go as high as that? Seems these days they are limited to the list sizes.
