My guesses
Pretty good I reckon.

For the life of me I can’t remember which pod it was on very early on this pre season
but it was a St Kilda player being interviewed. May have even been an early Traders pod.
But specifically remember the player saying verbatim when asked about their backline.
“We have been told to get it into Nas’s hands, guess I shouldn’t have said that”

Playing on my mind .

Mentioned Rozee last night. Just listened to the coaches panel podcast on him.

His seasonal splits were
Rounds 1-5 averaged 116
Rounds 6-14 averaged 64 (had three injuries in this period)
Rounds 15-19 averages 120
Rounds 20-24 averages 92.

Understand there’s a lot of cherry picking of data but I think he’s the pick of the bunch from players in that 520-560k price bracket. Don’t see any reason he doesn’t get back to 110 like 12 months ago.
Locked for me. Not only did he become captain, and cop injuries, but he had his first kid. I'm backing a big bounce back this year.

Just watched SuperCoach with DRs team update and he is huge on Ed Richards and has been for a while. Puts up a good argument for him and thinks he will be the second highest CBA dog mid. Juicy if so. Is anyone else on the Richards express?
Warming to him. Did what he did last year with no preseason as a mid. First full preseason as a mid, and now Treloar is out for ages it just cements his high CBAs.

What are we expecting these players to average in 25'

Opinions GREATLY appreciated!

Washcroft

Parker
Sicily
NWM
Washcroft 100
JHF 105
Parker 95

Ignoring last year, Parker hasn’t gone below 96 since 2013, that is an amazing stat. Damn, need to reassess now.

Not sure I can have Sanders in front of him after seeing that.
Another round 12 bye player though, that bye is going to be tough with the amount of good players that have that bye

32 YO is a difficult age for an inside mid ...the drop-off / injuries can occur quickly

Zorko playing that sweeping QB role, escapes most of the body contact .....Parker invites body contact

Will be interesting to see how he goes in the pre season games

I think the Wardlaw out is Bigger to the team balance than anyone is letting on.
Parker might average over 90 now early on and could be a great trade out to a fallen premo before Round 12.

finding it so hard to leave taranto day and ashcroft out of my team.

ashcroft priced at 80. theres +20ppg to gain there at least.

day 90. taranto 95. they both have +10 in them at least.
Day early bye and injury risk. No for mine.
Taranto probably underpriced. Doubt anyone he's kicking to in that team can make his kicking look better. Doubtful he's a mid keeper. Pass
Ashcroft yes underpriced big back end of last year. Picking breakouts is always hard but he's my pick this year.
Best guess

That's the main problem with Parker. Will most likely need to be trade out, but your just trading him to a player with an upcoming bye. Shame he's not a later bye.

Looked back a few pages. Seen no mention of Harry Sharp. Demon guys, any word on how he's tracking?
Brings oodles of pace for which Melb are somewhat lacking. Are the wing spots up for grabs?

I'll take him if he's selected instead of an expensive rookie. Trying hard to avoid them.

Jiska, markm106, Scythe94
He's training the house down. On track to take out the Brownlow Medal. Similar to 720 odd others.

Could not agree more. Some of the conservative averages above have him in the 97-103 average range.

I'm gonna go on a limb here and state he'll go 107-110, Neale will drop off from last year and he's a whole 24 months removed from the ACL now

Looks like Gallagher of the dogs is making a move to half back. This makes way for more Sanders time. Gags is 248k himself. I expect he'll rotate back with Duryea, Dale, Freijah & Bramble. 1 of the latter might be moved to the wing.

Are you feeling sick... 😂.

Not one north guy in your post.

I think you need a lay down .

I was thinking possibly trading Parker out Round 7 to a premo that has the Round 16 bye. That seems to be my best bye round at the moment.

I'm probably one of the few that thinks Parker will end up being a keeper in the fwd line.

North would be crazy to stick him in the fwd line and leave him there. He's an inside machine that knows how to find the pill. Will be just about their best inside player.

My guess is he'll clear 90+ a majority of weeks which will put him as one of the best fwd position players?

Parker will improve north .
Alot more than the other chops who went there to pad their super.
