Thanks for the report mate.

I reckon now that we have brought in Battle and Barrass, two really good one on one defenders, we can probably afford to be even more attacking. Last year we probably had to be a bit more mindful that if we turn the ball over we only really had Frosty down there as a genuine Key-ish defender.

I actually think Dimma is our best lead out fwd. I was amazed at how clean his leads outs were and how much space he was able to create between him and his defender.
Barass and Battle will be the goal keepers if we turn it over on a fast break, absolute experts at it because they read the play very well and will anticipate where the ball will be going. It means we can really press hard to put teams under the pump. Can see our defence being impenetrable at times because of the amount of marking options we have.

Can anyone help my daughter out on who this signature is? would have been one of the very last guys off the track at yesterdays training they likely where with Sam Mitchell and Massimo D'Ambrosio, as it was one of the last signature's she got but cant make out who it is.

Also do any of the one she labelled look not right?

Joining the very father sonish Ashcroft family midfield would feel a little bit off one would think but who knows

Yeah join a club who is very father soniah across the park,

Dear
Maginness
McCabe

Maybe
Williams
Burgoyne

By the time he does join there could be 5 father sons in the squad.

Good to hear he's getting on top of it. Can be b!tches of injuries. I had one back when I played that ended up leading to OP as I didn't get the recovery/loading right through rehab. Hopefully 100% to start the year.

A bit of a pity, as I was interested to see whether he got more opportunities to play up the ground this year. Hopefully these come in the second half.

Love North’s approach, lying down under a tree is my type of preseason training. ‘Breath work”, here I was thinking breathing was a precondition to life, apparently not. No wonder they’ve been down the bottom of the ladder for so long.

You do realise the club has shown Hickmott doing these sorts of things at Hawthorn already…?

He has trimmed down so much. Look at him now compared to when he joined, the difference is pretty noticeable.

For whatever misguided reason I did not think he was going to be a hard worker on/off the field, but it seems I was very wrong.

This is due to the narrative created by Collingwood and its supporters trying to convince themselves on trading a 20 year old premiership player with plenty of improvement left in him.

I even heard Buckley state as some point last season, how he was surprised with Ginnivan’s improved physique and work ethic. Come on Bucks, I thought you knew better than that.

If you repeat a lie so many times, I guess you can convince yourself to believe it. we all know that a 20 year is nowhere near a finished product, but Collingwood had convinced itself and it supporters otherwise.

It is going to sting them for years to come. As will D’Ambrosio at he Bombers.
