I had some Smith whispers.... apparently he is a massive flog (that seemed pretty obvious though) and is shagging his way through Torquay.. there is absolutely a watch and question marks on him... OFF FIELD

But honestly if he gets a kick who gives a shit, people here need to stop pretending they were all angels when they were in their 20s and that all the players on the list are angels. By all accounts he is a beast on the track and absolutely works his arse off, it is only an issue if he doesn't contribute IMO




also the fact this is even being spoken about just proves that we have had no information, and there is nothing worth talking about

Some are just posting certain things they have heard about Smith.

Nothing being posted is a surprise to me anyway.

Nobody is looking to hang the guy…. We all want the best for him and the club.

Games starting soon would be handy to give us something else to talk about.

All we need as supporters is to hope he gets to rd1 fit confident in the knee and in a good head space and let the rest evolve as the season progresses.

I haven’t seen Conway in any photos or videos and I’ve noticed Cam Guthrie seems to be in full training albeit in runners rather than boots.
Yet to see Burke too.

I could go way off topic and give you nightmares with some of the abominable pizza combos they come up with here. [shudders and crosses heart]
chili and pineapple don't sound so bad

I vowed to die on that hill, then a professional chef friend made me a pizza with fresh chargrilled pineapple on a pizza that was pretty wildly good.

I took a staged withdrawl from that hill

My point was that some tend to take others taste as affront to their own. Does it really matter if someone orders a 4 corners .. its not as if you are being made to eat it… and is it too much to ask to just take it of your slice? For some it seems such an affront that even ordering it as some Pizza joint is a step to far in diversity.

Hope he fits in and all works out .. I guess we wait and see …but I suspect a couple of game winning performances will see most be happy for him to do his own thing if helps him play well and help the side win.
