Just got back, stayed for most of the session. Few observations from match sim.

Teams were fairly evenly matched. Maybe the blue team slightly stronger up forward.

LDU looks primed, glides across the ground, steps through traffic and hit some really nice passes, hitting up targets and switching across the ground

Sheez - Just does everything with class. His footy IQ would have to be up there with best in the league. Seems to be playing wherever the hell he wants. AA this year, I would book mark it.

CD - I went on Friday and today, easily the MVP of the match sim I saw. Whether that was hitting the 45 target on the inside, overlap run. Just never misses a target and those he hits arnt always the easiest option. Will really open up the transition from defensive 50 next year. Worth every part of pick 25 at this stage.

Darling - Generally played deepest forward and is just a smart player, always has great positioning on his opponent and is really strong once he takes his position. Would not be surprised if he kicks 30 plus this year. Wasnt the biggest fan of his recruitment but looks good on the track.

Bull - Played majority midfield today, was cracking in and got a few clearances. Looks fitter so hopefully we see more than the odd burst on ball.

FOS - Watched him closely today and is as advertised. Ball use is first class, glides across the ground. Very LDU like. Has that rare ability to make traffic stop around him while he is standing still. Nice size to, looks strong through the core and would not be surprised at all if is named round 1. Dare I say it, could be the replacement for TT and what he was meant to be.

Paul Curtis - Found some nice link up on the outside, delivery was first class and to advantage. Always looks super strong in the contest. Big year.

Parker - Just oozes leadership, knows where to be. Knows when to get the quick kick / tap on or when to hold up and release. Definitely still has top class footy left in him.

Whitlock - Again was playing defense, 1 nice contest mark that I noticed, ball use was nice. Again being a pest towards his opponent, this time it was big X he was trying to annoy. Possibly a screw or 2 loose. I like it!!

Wardlaw - Dont think he knows what taking is easy is. 100% effort 100% of the time. Some nice duels with Parker. kicking was generally ok, not the best, not the worst. As we have seen, can hit some absolutes bullets but can also fluff them. Hopefully with an increased tank he can reduce the misses out of his game.

Hansen Jnr - Really like his ball use. Doesnt look undersize body wise anymore. Hope he gets a few games early and can continue with the way he finished off the year.

Goad - There is definitely something there. The way he moves and even his kicking action, really reminds me of Luke Jackson. If we could get half that then we have a good player.

Xerri - Just looks primed. You can tell he knows he is good now. Release handballs, stop and props, fakes, cant be moved in the ruck. Think he takes over as the leagues number 1 big man this year.

CCJ - does anyone recall which leg he injured? His right leg looked about half the size of his left so im guess is was the right. Wasnt training but going by that he would be a mile off it.

Rehab group was the same as Friday. Chom, Durs, Payne, both Dawsons, George. There were getting in some ball work with all the running though.

Thats about it for now. Bring on the new year.

Merry Christmas all.

I was only there for the second half, but Jacko was also in the running group, didn't see him out there with everyone else.

Jy also wasn't involved with the group. He had his shoes off and was just placing cones on the field for drills.

From what I saw, the ones who stuck out to me were Urqs, Parker, CD. Bergman also looked good.

Maybe it was the weather, it rained on and off, but I didn't think it was a great, sharp session to finish the year off. Bit of fumbling, dropped marks, missed passes, that I would have expected to be nailed.

Good to see the boys in person though after so many years.

PC went into the rooms early, shoes off, looked a bit dejected. Or just knackered
Hopefully nothing serious. I recall Eddie Ford picked up an injury in the very last training session of the year last year. Awful luck. Last thing anyone needs, especially for Pauly who’s had a great preseason is to pick up a niggle just before clocking off for the year.

they were each over 100MB, I compressed them to around 50MB. If I compress them to under 10MB then the video quality will probably look like they were filmed with a potato..
Yep, limited on here. You can try streamable.com which has a free option and allows you to upload 250mb per video.
