I reckon we are pretty stacked players wise. I don’t think pushing for finals is crazy. Get a few wins early and confidence wise I could see us having a solid year

Cant see it personally. Still far too young. I want to be wrong but I think it’ll be another disappointment, finishing bottom 2.

Finals I agree

I think we have improved enough to take the pressure off the young guys by adding the experienced guys, I think we can realistically aim for around 10-15 which would be a big jump

Logue being fit will be a huge factor imo

At worst adding who we have expands our squad so we can drop out of form players best case scenario it provides that bit of support on each line

He is now as of 27/12/2024. He’s barely featured in his time at North. Far too much optimism that is not reality.

I would be absolutely over the moon if we can climb out of the bottom 4. It would be some kind of miracle.

Its not going to happen. Our stars are far too young.

When he has played we looked heaps better, that spell when he came in we looked to turn the corner when he re injured himself we dropped off, in a way it’s good that it was seperate injuries as it seems possible it’s luck.

I expect improvement for no other reason that we have broadened our base of selectable players. I think we 10th is absolutely blue sky optimism but I think we will be better than Richmond and WC then possibly overtake a few more

I doubt if we can improve to the extent of making finals, bearing in mind every other team in the bottom half of the ladder in particular, will also be aiming to improve.

I prefer to think in terms of games won and I hope that we can win from 6 to 8 games next year. Anything better than that will in my opinion be a bonus.

As always though injuries may play a part.

Comben is a big man and in prime condition
Konstanty is really well put together and clearly has always done a lot of work for a young bloke
Dawson looks bigger to the naked eye
Fisher is more covered up so harder to judge condition level

Based on pre xmas reports I am assuming this is some type of graduated rehab session

I havent seen enough to make any decision on how Wills game will end up. He is still really raw and really skinny. Its still a 50/50 at best.

Intercept mark Comben (full back) > short kick to Daniel who marks (Centre-half-back) > 35 metre 45 degree kick inbound kick to bounding McKercher > Kerch runs 35 metres and delivers a dart to a leading Larkey.

Larkey wins the Coleman. Chom, Kerch and Daniel make the AA.

North win 16 matches and wins the premiership.

for us to move upward its not those guys that need to improve. You cant be unreasonable and ask too much from them at their age profile.

We need to see improvement from
Jy, Logue, Zurhaar, Larkey, Scott and co. If the above group continue to stink it up, we will go no where.

There are no excuses to not win at least 8 games. The club has imported 800 games of experience FFS. The rest of the core of the side is in their early prime years.

The club should be aiming for 10 wins.
