Hunter played 20 odd games for Melbourne and that was it Libba was still early in his career

You seem to really struggle to comprehend the notion that this is Marra’s job and he’s paid very well to do it 12 months of the year not just rounds 1-24. These ‘rumours’ are also being picked up in the main stream media so very likely not just rumours.
The club also has a responsibility to Marra and his wellbeing but also the other players on our list, some very young and impressionable.
I would be very concerned if I was a paid member of a club and the club didn’t care about a players partying on the weekend.

Libba was a good young player who had a few off field issues, got better and became a valuable asset.
Lachie was a good young player who had a few off field issues, only got worse and became a liability.
It's not as if he wasn't given a number of opportunities.

Look at it this way Jamarra is being paid about 200k less than Bont this season and he's out getting on the gear publicly.. It's an absolute disgrace

Funny story the year he got traded before he was traded he told his team mates he wasn't doing mad monday because he was off the drink and everything else only for some of his team mates to find out he went to the Carlton mad monday LOL

The biggest frustration I have with the landscape of the AFL is how little power clubs have to reinforce expectations within their workplace.
If the rumours about JUH are true and his parting and substance use external to his workplace is having a negative impact on his performance in work, any workplace has clear grounds to escalate this and set clear expectations for the player to meet at the expense of pay reduction or other punishments specific to the workplace (ie you’re not playing this week or you’re required to participate in additional training). At worst, if this behaviour doesn’t improve, any team member at a properly run organisation would be shown the door.
The biggest problem in this context is that if we prevent JUH from playing, or rearrange his contract or even end his contract, his manager can kick up a stink, his value will tank and he goes to another club for peanuts. It really puts the club in a hard position.

To add to the above point, the AFL should set universal clear and strict guidelines about player behaviour and processes to address this internal to each club.
If these aren’t met then the resulting punishment should be carried by the player to the next club they work at and it should be accounted for in the discussion of fair compensation for that player during the process of trading them.

Actually no its not i dont care if i am wrong tbh i just do not like putting down the player and making remours up about them I actually dont get the fun in doing that but if thats what makes that account happy then they can do that

You have been told multiple times that Smiley Boy has extremely good intel. Who that comes from isn’t known and likely won’t ever be, as it’s not our business to know. But as fans, it gets appreciated regardless of being good or bad news.
There are a few posters on here that can be trusted with intel, I’ll leave that for you to work out who. But it’s idiotic to just try calling them out as being made-up rumours when it comes from reputable posters.
But i just remember him saying that busslinger will be goneski and guess what he resigned for 2years so i dont Believe everything he says. Also wasnt andrew McQualter locked in to be a assistant coach wrong again

As i said before things change mate Busslinger was all but gone until we upped our offer to him. One thing that hasn't changed is JUH openly doing gear inside nightclubs week in week out..
