Just can’t see him having the role work Merrett, Caldwell and Durham all ahead of him?
Merrett has been at half back a lot this preseason. Caldwell may not be ready yet.

He might get a go, but can he make enough money from $200k is the problem.

I'll take words I thought I'd never see in a sentence for $1000, thanks Alex.

"Adam Kingsley speaks highly of Jake Stringer's work ethic."

Some talk about Durham playing FWD a bit more .....everything from training reports & supporter feedback screams Tsatis is ready

Just a training vid from the club for those who haven't seen much.

Jagga looks like he'll be an absolute dream for coaches. Loves a 1-2 handball chain. Involved everywhere when you go watch him at training.

Hollands appears to almost be the main option out of the back line, I imagine he'll be getting Newman's role - However I doubt he gets kick outs as a far inferior long distance kicker than Boyd, McGov and Saad.

Binns a rookie option? Appears to have the wing spot with Hollands now at half back.

Motlop unusually involved

Docherty definitely playing wing/on ball/HFF - No seagulling down back 🥲

Cerra looking fit and strong.

Why would they play their best midfielder in a segull role?
It makes no sense but coaches do funny things sometimes.

Last season Blake Hardwick spent the whole preseason training forward, but played in defence.

Might be just a case of getting him out of the way in training to try others out?

Apparently was attending a wedding along with a few others.
Sweet.

So me loading Parish into a cannon and firing him into the sun was probably not called for.

Honestly would probably avoid him anyways. Has barely participated in match sim all summer and I can see Caldwell, Durham and Tsatas going past him this year.

I'm not convinced he's fixed his poor disposal efficiency in one preseason. Match sim is so different to AFL footy. Let's see how he goes with small forwards on his ass. Ginni/Watson in rd2, Hill/McCreery in rd4, they'll smell blood when little Ollie gets his hands on the footy.

I can see him having a shocking game, then getting moved back to the wing. Blues will have Saad, Kemp and Cowan in the back 50, plus Doch on a wing, Cerra in the middle and Zilliams up front who can all play that role.

Screams "trap", but he's probably going to force us to pick him, lol
