The Violent Fisters.

Any feedback welcome. (Yes I have a lot of $$ on the mid bench in exxy Rooks.)

With DeKoning as your flex you have no opportunity to swap Def- Mid.
Might be worth getting a mid/def dual position in your mids to give better variety

Peatling keeps going in and out. Which mid role will he get? Take Berrys?
The other one I’m wondering about is Levi Ashcroft- know he’s a gun- but breaking into Bris mids a big step.
Ashcroft still not in full training. Brisbane have no reason to rush him. Screams sub risk even if he does play early.

Premiership ruck tho...
Top tier recruiter, 120% strike rate of getting blokes to the club when Racer and Darty show them life on the farm.
Absolute triple threat, Stanley.
(And he is not some total spud, he can play footy)

Late to the party, but I think adding the Flex is a great idea - it adds to the SC game and more importantly variety to teams :D

Vive la difference!

... and this is what Round 0 does to "variety":

Majority of rookies are placeholders along with the majority of my fwd line.

Not sold on Piggy Meek or Day yet but team looks okay with them in it.

Roberts was great as a POD for me at the end of last season so tempted to start with him but not sure.

Seems to be a lot of Horney selections. I simply don't trust him. He's the ultimate burn man in SuperCoach. A cheaper forward line is definitely the way to go this year.
He will be playing a lot more time in the mids this year.

First full preseason where Port has not had to hold him back. Even went across to the US to learn more about injury management with one of the Port medicos.

The question is whether you can trust Hinkley to keep him there!

Nope dont trust him and if port lose another forward i can see them having to play him as a forward remember no dixon , marshall

I think that Port will go small ball up forward and only have Georgiades and Luko as the tall targets. Similar to what Richmond did in 2017 with Riewoldt.

By doing that it will allow them to play all of Rioli, SPP, Berry and Richards up forward.

Lord , Finlayson and Soldo/Visentini are waiting if they need other tall players up forward.

I have heard Port have been tinkering with their game style over the summer. Hopefully they have learnt the days of bombing it in long are gone and will kick to the leading targets of George and Luko.

Think he'll be a star, but not this year. Should still average 95-100. Ken held Connor and Zac back until their 5th year. Any reason why he wouldn't with JHF?

Port had a younger Boak , bobby Grey etc but then .
Hornie a gun what he did to the cats at the cattery was top shelf.

I'm starting him or rank and getting the other later on... ATM.
