It's ironic that I'm struggling to click "complete trade" on anything, because it all depends on Prior/Reid/Trainor selection. No point trading out negative BE players if they're about to play. Paton is going. FOS has a BE of 19, he can go i guess.

Lashcroft the only major rookie I'll be missing, and there's enough questions there that I'm happy fading. Despite the 104 I can't trust Ashcroft - scoring is too erratic and he's a stepping stone anyway - Callaghan looks like he's going to the moon, has the superior role and is only $400 difference. Depending on how ragey I feel, it might be Petracca who goes instead. Hendo is a must for cash gen and Hastie is just the unlucky victim of Ross the Boss.

Will have a think about defender premo. Could pay up for one of the big boys in Zorko/Sinclair/Whitfield, but I'm happy where it's sitting currently.

Paton will go for Bice next week and likely one of Stone/Kako/Hewett for my man Clohesy. Looking like a family of handy SC rookies.

First trades of the season, this is my thoughts. Sacrifice F O’Sullivan for the cash, and Boxshall was a Rd. 1 loophole temptation. I held fire last week to get another look at the two Melbourne boys.

Next week bring in Bice.

Premos doing okay, not tempted to trade any out… yet.

Alternatively I skip COS and grab Reid for FOS this week instead. A bit worried about COS JS but Reid is safe.

I think I'll save my boosts, hold my underperforming premos, and just use the boosts to upgrade hard and fast in upgrade season, to get these rookies off the field ASAP.

Early thoughts:
-Prior to COS
-Paton to Henderson
$68,300 itb

Following week:
-ZReid to Bice
-FOS to Clohesy/CHall

Then probably force an upgrade in rd5 to try get ahead of the pack.

I'm happy to skip Lashcroft. Just have to confirm whether MReid is skipable, or is he worth a boost?

I shouldn’t need to. Scored 26 points more than Neale did last week and instead of trading him, people were captaining him this week. Max a bad week, at a ground he gates with his team getting flogged. Witts, SDK and Draper (lol) next three. Even with his 67, still in top 6 rucks by average. I doubt he’s one of your top 3 issues.

COS played really well. Very high draft pick, they gotta pump games into him. Kolojazzknee is back in 1-2 weeks though, so it's not ideal, but Stewart is injured. Need to see the time frame.

Hard to pass up on a big score and low BE though, especially on a line with garbage rookies, where most are about to get dropped. Even with back to back 51s, COS will make $85k in 2 weeks.


MReid looks like a good rookie, but is he worth a boost? With TClohesy and CHall available the following week, maybe not.

COS should be OK as looks like Stewart is out for a few weeks-i assume zuthrie takes Stewart role and COS becomes the extra small back (also allows us to use blicavs to help midfield if needed). I think he will get games the next while.
