Trades 2025 Round 3 Trades

Can you guys see anything better? Team after trades, I've gone Day to Rozee, Trainor to O'Sullivan and O'Sullivan to Henderson. Got all the major cash cows this way. 1000010276.jpg 1000010275.jpg

EDIT:

Revising my plans a bit here.

How much are Freijah and Callaghan due to go up?

What about Lindsay / Henderson / Lashcroft?

I know the sensible decision is probably grabbing a bunch of rooks but the points boost is tempting.

I’m thinking Trac to Dunkley.
Trac will be used in the forward line to fill gaps. Can see 120s and also 80s.
Have few days to think over it
I’m holding Trac. Good record against the suns and I think the Dees show more fight this week. His BE is manageable if he starts putting out decent scores. Failed pick so far but I’ve got bigger issues to worry about.

Me too. It was two of him, Dawson and Rozee. Went the first two. Easy sideways next weekend for 20k or so if required. Rookies the focus this week.

whos scores are these?
Gawn's from 2022, so not entirely sure what the relevance is lol

EDIT: maybe they meant to respond to the Gawn post that you were replying to.

Stewart news will be the catalyst of my trades this week.

Will likely need to blast him into the sun and from there the rest of the team also.

Had an alright start so far. Would almost give Day another week but with that bye looming and potentially Bedford tag this week think I’ve nearly seen enough - disappointing pick.

Day -> Sinclair
Short -> Baz Smith (assuming named)
FOS -> Lindsay

Really need to make 5 trades this round. Trying to be more aggressive targeting value.
Which 3 of these should I make?

1. perryman to dale/clark/freijah
2. stewart to whitfield/sinclair/clark
3. FOS to henderson
4. gawn to TDK
5. petracca/washcroft to callaghan

Leaning towards 1,2 and 4 as Gawn is about to lose a ton of cash. I could wait a week on 5 and I could go FOS up to Baz eventually as I have all the other rooks outside of Henderson and COS

The real conundrum is do I boost to trade Trac to Callaghan

Bank 110k to upgrade short next week...
Trac has gone 100+ in the last 5 yrs, 110+ in 4 of them. He generally has an SC 10-15 pts higher than his DT because of his disposal and impact. Had a sloppy game but feel pretty confident he will bounce back, he always plays a bit fwd and generally scores well in that role. I'm holding.

People dumping Gawn because he is losing a ton of cash makes no sense whatsoever.

There is a reason why you picked him at the start of the season.

One bad game against the best ruckman in the comp should not be reasons for dumping him.

Fully expect him to bounce back to his best.

Was more thinking if Callaghan was a must pick and you also bank 110k....

I could understand why some would do it

Callaghan has a breakeven of 0, so the time to do it is now.
I am not even contemplating trading Trac but can understand those who may do it.

Trac started 2023 with two sub tons and then scored 21/22 tons after that. His draw opens up considerably with GC/Dons/Freo/Rich/WCE in 5 of his next 6.
The worry about playing forward is mitigated by the fact he’s likely to kick 2/3+ playing down there and I can guarantee he still gets high CBA numbers.

At worst, he’s averaging 105 at Rd 6 and you found your F1.
