He didn't say that riding on the coat-tails of the property bubble shows business acumen, he just said if you're switched on and talented you can make good money. He's switched on enough to choose property as his money maker - I'd say that's a better option over investing in pubs, horses, random new mobile apps and the like...

My cousin who is a financial planner has had dealings with Heppell, informs me, he is switched on to off-field opportunities - The thrust of my post shows the wages for GOOD players in the AFL, allows them to purchase property in that price range.
