PC does need to be smarter though. If you try and fend off and don't dispose of it, you're gone. That's been a rule for a decade now and he basically tries to fend off every time he takes possession.
He does need to become more unpredictable but it may not matter in time when he's almost impossible to grab hold of once he sticks that arm out.

yeah if he can address that rubbish part of his game its an instant upgrade, bit like putting in golf.

Genuinely think he is an ace in the hole type of player. He's the type that when things aren't going our way in a final and you need to roll the dice you plonk him one out at FF and let him demoralise - physically and mentally - his defender.

With the right development he could easily be our most dangerous forward in 2-3 years.

Feel the footy public are largely sleeping on this guy.

30.21 in his third year in a poor side is outstanding for a modern small forward. He still isn’t even fully fit (strong yes, tank, not as much).

Just needs to keep improving the tank. He could be top 3 for tackles inside 50 league-wide in ‘25. That would be huge for us if he can get some support from Jy, Darling, CZ and another small.

I was just watching some PC highlights this morning (off-season things...), just such an exciting player. Can't wait to see how he goes next year.
He’s a weapon. We have a tricky situation with our forward line, if we continue to enter 50 poorly by foot, we are not going to get bang for buck with the likes of PC

Yeah we don’t even have to really hit him on the chest on the regular, just put it to his advantage. Kid’s so strong and clever.

Has been working his arse off.
Imagine that power and strength with huge fitness. Stand by my comment that we might end up basing our forward line around him when we hit the pointy end in a year or so.

He's also very clean up field - especially considering he is a touch erratic, if still mercurial around goal - could be a weapon pushing up, IMO much more likely to do that successfully than Zurhaar who has been mooted for that as well. Curtis IMO just has calmer and better vision in traffic and on a break.

Just needs to work on his snaps - misses a lot
He will always be a little touch and go around goal IMO. It's a technique issue that is awkward, but his natural style / instincts also help him kick the impossible. He's good up ground as well, just suspect from a set shot and closer in, IMO you are likely to want to take the good with the bad and emphasise what you can get out of the best. Getting upset at the odd shank will be mostly an exercise in frustration for mine.

I can live with the odd shank , the brainfades are where he can really improve his game.

Stupid frees and 50s that are completely unnecessary.

That'll mostly sort, he's just a kid and carrying quite a load for that. I'm not worried about that at the moment.

He gets adjudicated harshly compared to others and a lot of that is because he’s stronger.

thats not true, he gets sucked into retaliating . and often its like in slow motion, you can see he is about to remenstrate and his senses really only kick in after he offends, almost like he knows he shouldnt but he has already commited.

sometimes its as obvious as LMac kicking one of his dump kicks.

I’d argue that both are true to be honest.

Might be a bit of a beat up, but it's great to see a kid with all the talent dedicate himself to the stuff that doesn't come naturally and makes a great player. Cardio is king.
