The Ballarat footy league is a pretty competitive league, he might not find it as easy as he thinks.

Ballarat had another former roo in Josh Gibson, running around a couple of years ago.
Brett Bewley been running amok for Darley, since Freo cut him. Would be a great pick up for our VFL side, if we could convince him.

It would take a lot of convincing or most of the salary cap, to bring him back to VFL level.

I don’t think money would even move the needle for Brett, he loves being back at Darley that much.

Been some good footballers come from both Bacchus marsh and Darley in recent years, they bat above their average when it comes to players drafted considering the size of the town!
